Why Max & Naomi chose New Port Richey
Our home is open plan and has rooms with great proportions, the master suite is one of the biggest I have seen and the kitchen is great for entertaining. It is very well suited for families or couples wanting a peaceful relaxing break.
What makes this Villa unique
Quiet residential area, only minutes away shops and restaurants. Unobstructed Gulf access in 10 minutes along the canal. Great fishing from our dock.

We loved this beautiful home!
We were in New Port Richey for the wedding of a niece - so we didn't do much sight seeing, mostly just visited with other family who were there for the wedding. And this house was the perfect hang out. We knew the house was up for sale, and that concerned us a little. But everything was in shape and very clean.
We especially liked the spaciousness, the beautiful well-equipped kitchen, the various seating areas, the high ceilings and "loft" feel of the upper floor, and the outside covered lounge and dining area by the pool. The dimmer lighting. The bed quality. The clean pool. Etc. Also really appreciated Tony's quick help on a couple of questions, like www password.
Minus point for us (not worth deducting a star) was that the master bath shower was only a handheld rather than an overhead shower.
All in all we loved this place and would definitely stay here again!
Thank you David. We look forward to having you as our guests in the future.
What a great place to stay. We were really happy with the house. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only downside was that there Was no propane in the bbq and was requested a few times, but was never fixed. Also, the pool was way too cold to even use, so disappointing for our kids. A few upgrades need to be made, to make the house even better but overall it was good.
So close to being 5 stars
Beautiful home in a beautiful setting. Very spacious home with plenty of room to stretch out. Huge and modern kitchen which was very well equipped, even with some salt and spices. Thanks! Hang out in the screened patio/pool area or on the dock. Yes, you can catch fish off the dock and an occasional dolphin will swim by, too. Lots of retail nearby for groceries and anything you may need that isn't already furnished by the owners.
Home is currently listed for sale so there are a few minor things not up to par. Master bath toilet closet needs patching and paint. There's no shower in the master bath. A wall plate was missing from the phone jack in the master bedroom. The vertical rails going upstairs and spanning entire upstairs loft areas are completely unsafe. Small children can and will fall through. Seems like they are trying to address this with plexiglass, but it's another unfinished project. Pool was not heated, so it was useless and the kids were sad about that. Cooking range looks big and beautiful but only 1 of the 5 burners is strong. Because the neighbors know its mostly vacant, the contractor working next door parked a trailer and a vehicle in the driveway on 2 separate occasions. There were also no instructions/options/bins provided for recycling. Naomi said to just toss in the regular trash. However, the neighbor confirmed that there is curbside recycling every 2 weeks. We decided to collect and dispose of our recyclables at the county collection site at nearby A.L. Anderson Park (by the boat launch).
Thank you for taking time out to review our home and your stay. We value our customers thoughts and experience. Also thank you for letting us know about the recycling collection through your review, I'll add this to our hospitality feature. Our home has had some remodelling works carried out recently and there are a couple of small unfinished items that need addressing i.e the stair plexiglass, phone jack cover and decorate the master toilet closet. The pool (as stated) is only solar heated, so needs the weather to cooperate with it and this year we had quite a few cold fronts coming through.
Apart from your concerns, it sounds like you had a great stay and we would love to have you back when we have addressed these items.
Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood.
The home is very nice and the pool was very clean. The neighbors were friendly. Shopping was close and convenient. The owners were prompt to answer any questions I may have had. Our stay was awesome!
House has great amenities! Really enjoyed the great view. Kitchen well stocked and beds were super c
House faces a wonderful natural reserve which delights nature lovers. Sitting out back one enjoys the fisherman and boaters who meet you with big hellos. Close to shopping which is a nice walk about 2 miles round trip. Enjoy!
New Years Paradise
Spent the week of New Years here and had a blast. Great location to everything in the area. Just a short drive to Clearwater if interested. The house was perfect for our trip.
There are some wear tear issues but not a major issue. A heated pool would have been nice, but I did email the owner before going and he let me know it is solar heated.
We had a good time as we enjoyed the overall trip.
One of Florida's best kept secrets is the Gulf side community of Gulf Harbors Florida. This community of homes is situated just 20 miles North of Tampa Bay in Pasco County. With several community boat launches, Gulf of Mexico access by way of the two main channels it's the ideal place for a Nature Coast holiday.
Just off shore is a favorite playground for this community of boaters....both Sail and Power. The Anclote Key's lay just 2.5 miles (boat rental is only 5 mins away) off shore. Sun worshipers can enjoy the local beaches offering everything from cabanas to restrooms as well as the numerous picnic and barbecue facilities. Or, you may decide to head just off-shore for the island enjoyment found at the Anclote Keys or ‘the sand bar’.
Other Activities: Dolphin watching, manatee watching
