Coastal Breeze is located on 85 Lupin Way, and the perfect choice has never been easier.

The house is on a lovely cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood ideal for walking with the children less than two miles away from both the National Seashore (i.e., Nauset Light Beach and Coast Guard Beach) and bay side beaches.

The spacious seven room layout has four attractive, generously sized bedrooms leaving plenty of room for your family and friends to spread out in the house.

On the first floor, there are two queen size bedrooms, full bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a delightful, sunny, open family room.

The second floor holds two more bedrooms with a full bath, twin beds, bunk beds and a queen bed.

Outside, the deck has ample room for dining and entertaining, an outdoor shower to wash away the sand, and a Weber gas grill for your dining pleasure. Purchase lobsters at Maurice's or create a classic New England clambake!

All furnishings are “make yourself at home” comfortable.

Games, puzzles, and playing cards

Ping pong table, pool table, air hockey, and foosball

Books and Netflix streaming for your account.

Wireless internet, three large screen TVs, 4 air conditioners, stereo and DVD player

Eastham is the “Gateway to the National Seashore,” and is perfectly located to explore the Cape from the canal to Provincetown. You get the best of both worlds with the bay on one side and the ocean on the other.

Ride your bikes or take a short car ride over to exquisite National Seashore beaches where the water is colder but the surf is amazing! Freshwater swimming is also available at nearby Great Pond, and the many delightful bayside beaches are nearby for watching the sunsets or exploring tidepools with the children.

Our house is within a half mile of Cape Cod's Rail Trail for biking, rollerblading and evening strolls. Plenty of shopping, golf and mini golf courses and many other activities await you just a short distance away.

Drive less than half an hour to Provincetown or Hyannis to enjoy their numerous eclectic shops, galleries and restaurants. Explore the salt water marshes and Audubon Sanctuary, the only drive-in theater on the outer cape or a flea market.

Enjoy the peace and privacy of this bright, cheery home to relax and take in the outer Cape's natural and overwhelming beauty.

We like to speak with our guests prior to issuing a lease. This gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have beyond our website. It also gives us the opportunity to get to know you.

About Julie Nielsen

Julie and Dave first came to the Cape in 2003 when their family rented a vacation home. They loved the history, architecture, quiet roads and scenic beauty. They started returning several times a year, staying at a local campground. In 2009, they purchased the first of what turned out to be five homes in town with his parents. Julie is a nurse, and Dave is a physical therapist. They are both serial renovators, performing much of the work themselves. They have a young daughter, who is thrilled to go to the beach, ride in her bike trailer, and climb on her play set. They live in southern New Hampshire.

Julie Nielsen purchased this house in 2011

Guestbook comments from the owner

Our family gets together on Cape Cod every September. This was the first time we rented this house. It was an excellent fit for us. This house is large enough to sleep everyone, exceptionally clean, and very homey. Owner Julie was very helpful and answered all our questions prior to our trip (which was 10+ hours drive). The weather didn't agree with us and it was nice to have cable and internet available at the house. This was a great weekend and I hope we that we may rent this property in the summer as well and stay longer than just 3 nights. Thank you so much Julie!

The Girlfriend Gang Vacation at the Cape

  • 5 of 5

What a great house. We had more than enough room for 6 adults. The welcome gift was much appreciated. The home is very clean and accommodating. There wasn't a kitchen item that was not provided. Julie is very responsive if any issue occurs. And the beds were so comfortable. We will definitely be booking our next vacation at Coastal Breeze! Thanks Julie and Dave.

Great week!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I rented Coastal Breeze last week and throughly enjoyed the house and location. As I had read in previous reviews the house was spotless and beds comfortable. It was great being so close to the bike trail and we took advantage of that many times. Area restaurants were great as well. I would definitely recommend this home!

Spring Break Week at Coastal Breeze

  • 5 of 5

We just returned from spending a week at Coastal Breeze, everything was fantastic, Julie and Dave have gone out of their way to make your stay relaxing and pleasant.

The house was clean, well maintained and welcoming, the same can be said of the furnishings, everything we needed and more could be found in the house. The house is located near the end of a Cul-de-sac so it makes for a very quiet, private and safe location. The beds were extremely comfortable, featuring quality Sealy mattresses, the kitchen was well outfitted with everything you could possibly need if you choose to eat in.

We had the pleasure of seeing a Fisher not 12' from the rear deck one morning and Turkeys in the front yard the next.

From the moment we walked in we felt as if we were walking into a home, not just renting a house, that feeling was further strengthened by finding a lovely welcome Tote Bag on the kitchen table containing goodies, Cape Cod Chips, a bottle of wine and a handwritten card welcoming us, nice touch!

Our stay was absolutely perfect and we would return in a heartbeat.

A wonderful time on Cape Cod in Eastham

  • 5 of 5

Our family had a wonderful two week stay at Coastal Breeze this August. The house was very clean and had everything that was listed that would be there. It is on a dead end street which had very little traffic and the deck was so enjoyable. Coastal Breeze is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and my son road the trail every chance he could. It also close to Nauset Light and Marconi beaches and we also traveled to Provincetown a few time including going on a whale watch (we got great pictures). If you want donuts go to the Hole n One doughnut shop on Route 6 and for ice cream try Nauset Light Ice Cream. Don't forget to stop at Sam's Deli for sandwiches. If you are an adventurer stop at the Cape Cod National Seashore Headquarters in Eastham the are all types of thing to do. If you have a few extra minutes at the Headquarters building watch the movie "Sands of Time" it is only about ten minutes long (shows how Cape Cod was formed).

Having wi-fi is a great.

Julie is a great owner and explained everything about her home. We would recommend this house to a friend.

Great property!

  • 5 of 5

Our extended family of 11 spent a relaxing week here in June and loved it. The house easily accommodated all of us for sleeping (one of our 11 was a 3-yr old who slept in the crib) in comfy beds, eating and hanging out. The location was close to several beaches (a quick drive), great restaurants, and fun shopping in nearby towns. We also cooked and ate at the house and the kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils., etc. The weather in June was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!!
