Banyan Tree 301 is a gem! A Hawaiian oceanfront paradise, completely remodeled with breathtaking ocean views! Our passion is to make every stay memorable for each guest, and to make each visiting VIP feel truly welcome in our Kona Oceanfront Hawaiian Hale! Come relax and unwind in our Big Island slice of paradise, where everything is brand new! Your flip flops are guaranteed to be knocked right off from the moment you open the front door! The ocean view is breathtaking! The sunsets are amazing; you will be able to see turtles, dolphins, whales, tropical fish, and surfers all from this little slice of heaven. You can hear and see the ocean waves, they will lull you to sleep in your oceanfront Master Bedroom king size pillow top mattress every night. You have an ocean view from almost every room, all except the bathrooms.

Everything, and I mean everything, is new in this Kona oceanfront condo. For the aspiring chefs, there's a brand new kitchen here! We even made the kitchen a little wider to allow more space for the chef. ( And so that you can completely open the dishwasher) Sleep like a baby on the new pillow top King Size Bed in Master Bedroom. There are mahogany shoji pocket doors that close for extra privacy, separating the master bedroom from living area. There are two twin pillow top beds in guest bedroom. Upon request, we will happily push together the two twins to create a king size bed. We also have a portable crib and a high chair for all our little VIP guests. Gorgeous, original Hawaiian artwork throughout condo, three large- flat screen TV's in the living room and in both bedrooms. There is a large capacity washer/dryer in the unit, no trips to the laundromat needed.

Banyan Tree is a smaller complex of only 20 condos, so it never seems crowded. No getting up early here to run down to the oceanfront pool to place a towel on your chair to reserve your seat for the day! The oceanfront salt water pool is solar heated and has one of the best views in all of the Big Island! After a long day of sightseeing, enjoy a soak in the oceanfront hot tub and watch the sunset over the Pacific Ocean. There are grills and an outdoor shower located adjacent to the pool area. All amenities at Banyan Tree are free for all guests of 301 to use.

There is FREE long distance to mainland USA and to Canada and FREE internet access. We have over 200 channels including several Premium movie channels. There is a Xbox-360 with one controller, just bring your favorite games. We provide boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, ice packs for the coolers, beach towels, and even sand toys for your outings to all of those beautiful, Big Island beaches. We have a reserved parking space in the covered garage.

Banyan Tree 301 is a perfect honeymoon destination. Also spacious enough for two couples traveling together or families (with kids!). If you are attending a Big Island convention, 301 is located approximately two miles from either Kailua-Kona or the Keauhou area.

About Candace Remington Spinali

We are the Spinali family from San Diego, California. Michael grew up in San Diego and attended SDSU. Candace grew up in Michigan and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin many, many years ago! We have been married 27 years and have two sons, Michael and Cole. Both of our boys graduated from Santa Fe Christian High School in Solana Beach, California and have moved on to college and beyond. Michael, our oldest son, graduated from SDSU in May 0f 2014 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He is attending graduate school at SDSU. Cole is a freshmen attending The University Of Arizona and he is studying Optics Engineering and Electrical/Computer Engineering. We feel so blessed to be able to own properties at Banyan Tree. We love sharing our condos with families from all over the world so that they can spend time as a family, reconnecting away from the hectic day to day life, and create cherished memories together!

Why did we purchase this Kona Oceanfront vacation home? That is an easy question to answer ~ THE VIEW! We also own another condo at Banyan Tree, #204 since 2007. We love the Kona Oceanfront~ the water clarity for snorkeling/scuba diving, the restaurants, the people who live there, the convenient location of Banyan Tree! Someday in the next few years, Michael and Candace hope to reside on The Big Island! It is truly a special place that we hold near and dear to our hearts. We have so many happy family memories of bringing our two sons here since they were just little guys. We hope that the memories you create on the Big Island are as special as they are for us!

What makes this condo unique

Why did we fall in love with our Kona oceanfront condo? Easy to answer, THE VIEW! Once you see the view, you will understand why. It is breathtaking! From the time you open the front door, you will walk into a brand new condo with one of the best ocean views you have ever seen! We have a 'must have list' ~ the master bedroom must have have an ocean view as well as a king bed (Michael is very tall). We like large, open spaces that allow our family to be together comfortably. ( Seating for everyone ) The pool has to be oceanfront and have a view. With Banyan 301, you get all that and more.

A Slice of Paradise on the Kona Coast

The description does not do this condo justice. Everything about the unit is top notch. The furnishings are new and beautiful. It truly looks like a model home. The cleaning staff does a superb job, as the unit was spotless after they were finished. This unit is truly "ocean front". Many claim to be, but this one delivers! One of our favorite features was the master bedroom, which is on the ocean side of the unit. Hearing the waves gently crash against the lava rock below lulled us to sleep each and every night.

Candace is a jewel to work with. Every inquiry was answered promptly and courteously. She is on top of everything, from reservation to returning of your security deposit.

Great location, just a few miles south of Kona Town. Great underground parking. A small store across the street suitable for filling the need for a snack or refreshments. You can not go wrong at Banyan Tree #301 and Candace.

Excellent accommodations

We loved our stay at Banyon Tree 301. The condo was very comfortable and provided everything we needed for our two week stay. Large master bedroom is right off the lanai; leave the door or window open to fall asleep to waves hitting the shore. Surfers all day in the water right off the lanai; fun to watch any time of day. Location was very convenient to most things yet away from the busy north Ali'i area. Candace was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo!

Having never experienced a VRBO before, we were a little nervous before our arrival. However, true to her word, Candace provided us with a beautifully-decorated, very clean, and perfectly placed condo in Kona. Her emails to us before we arrived contained all the information that we needed to have a truly relaxing vacation. This information included beaches to visit, free things to do in the area, and many different types of restaurants to try (they were all good!). The condo has all new appliances, comfortable furniture and dreamy beds where we were able to fall asleep to the sound of the waves right outside our windows. The only downside to us is that the condo is not air-conditioned and it was very humid while we were there, but it did cool off enough in the evenings that we didn't have any trouble sleeping. We would still recommend this condo to anyone looking to have an extremely pleasant experience, and given the chance to return to the Big Island, we would definitely stay at this condo again. Thank you, Candace, for helping to make our vacation one to remember!

Very nice condo. The closet full of beach equipment was great. We arrived right ahead of the tropical storm, which caused all of Kona to be very hot and humid. Without the storm, the normal breezes kept the condo very comfortable.

Lovely condo, beautifully appointed with exceptional view from the lanai.

There are so many glowing reviews I feel like I am repeating them. I would like to say that if you choose this condo you will be very happy. To begin with one can not ask for a nicer more helpful person to correspond with than Candace, the owner. From our arrival to departure and now home everything went smoothly. The condo is lovely, very nicely decorated, exceptionally clean, comfortable beds. I was a little concerned about noise because of being right on Alii drive and next to a spot where surfers hang out. Neither was a problem. The surfers were quiet and polite. Even though there is a lot of traffic on Alii drive we did not hear it at all. The grounds including the parking garage were kept very clean all the time. The view and sound you see and hear from the lanai was superb. Watching turtles, dolphins, surfers, and at times some good size waves was a real thrill. We saw some gorgeous sunsets also. A perfect place all the way around. We have been to the big island many times, it is our favorite. The snorkeling is fabulous if you like that. A final note is we have stayed in many condos around the Big Island, some very expensive condos and they have ALL had bugs of some kind. We excepted it as being in a tropical setting. There was not one, NOT ONE bug in Candaces' place. Her condo was our favorite among all of us who travel together. Thank you Candace for a wonderful stay.

Million Dollar View

We stayed in this condo from 3/28/16 - 4/6/16. We have been to Hawaii several times and never had a view like this one. It was neat to sit on lanai in the morning and watch the surfers. The unit was very nice and well equipped. Everything that you could need. Great location and reserved parking. Candace was a delight to work with. Very helpful and responds very promptly. We recommend this property and are looking forward to our next visit..

Located directly oceanfront in a neighborhood south of downtown Kona; the surrounding area is peaceful, and lush. Amazing sounds of the ocean waves rolling in the Kona Coast shoreline and the views up toward the mauka hills covered with coffee bushes! Some of the best surfers are surfing right in front of The Banyan Tree Complex. There is a small convenience store across the street and Da Poke Shack is located in the hotel adjacent to Banyan Tree. The ocean has amazing clarity in Kona and the snorkeling is spectacular. You can snorkel in front of the condo or go to a protected reef/cove if the waves are too large located 1.5 south of the condo. It is the Kahaluu Beach Park and it is a black sand beach with amazing snorkeling. If peace, quiet, beautiful views are what you desire for your stay on The Big Island, look no further, you have found your vacation home in paradise!
