To be clear, A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning).
Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit in the heart of Seattle--walkable to all the best Seattle has to offer-- and has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.
My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.
Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 35 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.
Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

This building is centrally located; close to the Pike Place Market, flagship Nordstrom, Space Needle and Seattle Center, and Seattle waterfront. We are surrounded by an eclectic urban neighborhood, full of shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
This building gives you conveniences of home with the amenities of many 5 star hotels! You will love this place! Hot Tub, Pool, Fitness Center, two rooftop decks and world class restaurants on the first floor!
You can pack light. We provide everything you will need to make you comfortable during your stay. Besides towels and linens, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. A high chair and pack n play are available for a flat rental.

A grab bar in the bath would be helpful, my balance and plastic tubs don't get along well.
The garden view and lack of traffic noise was wonderful. Parking was perfect and well maintained property made this stay a ten on our scale👍𣐠Thank You for a great stay!
I am torn on giving this property only 2 stars:
Firstly, I rarely write negative reviews and do so only if there is a need to forewarn others and I strongly believe I must warn you.
Secondly, the property is gorgeous, stainless steel appliances, quiet courtyard balcony, was treated nicely by the staff and the owner.
1. It is not a one bedroom - just a studio. I would have not booked it knowing I will not be able to have privacy (close the door) from my teen kid.
2. After speaking with the owner, although extremely nice guy, I believe it was premeditated intent to mis-advertise the property - you cannot charge so much money for a studio. The difference between studio and one bedroom averages at 35% premium for the latter.
3. All fine print that was recently added to the property description still doesn't state that there is no door to the area they call a bedroom. Open concept means living room and kitchen are together. And title should be changed to a studio.
4. We traveled with another family and they received one bedroom as advertised - so this building has true one bedrooms.
I feel like my vacation was soured by a case of intentional gross mis-advertisement for otherwise an amazing property and that's why I have to give only two stars.
This condo is really well positioned in Belltown and all it has to offer, making it a great stop for a walkable city. It is well equipped and would be perfect for a couple traveling My 22 year old son and I were ending a road trip from LA to Seattle and enjoyed being able to get a beer or two on the block, walk down to Argosy for a cruise, many restaurants near by, and actually walked over several neighborhoods for a tour and some shopping. The condo was a bit smaller than expected and since it is a '""junior one bedroom" the bedroom doesn't have a door, so not as much privacy as we would have liked to have one person still sleep and one person move about.
Along with the city, as we're used to , are city sounds- trash truck at 6:30 a.m.- window washers one morning. Nothing negative about that but just be prepared that you're in the middle of a big city and all that comes with it.
The unit was super clean, staff very responsive, all was provided that was expected. Business Center in the lobby makes it easy to print boarding passes.
If you are traveling w/ a car, our only thought might have been to return the car to the airport before we got to the city and then take an Uber back to the airport as we departed as we paid for the car while it sat in the garage. You really don't need a car unless you want to travel outside of the city.

Thank you, Samantha, for greeting us at the door and showing us to the condo and around the complex. The condo is adorable. It's clean, surprisingly quiet for the city, and located very nicely. My husband could walk to the Convention Center in about fifteen minutes. When he wasn't busy, we walked to the Seattle Center area or in the other direction as far as the Klondike Gold Rush Museum. The view across the Bay from Myrtle Edwards Park is beautiful. And the courtyard view from the condo balcony is also pretty. We were very pleased with our stay and hope to return.
