Marbella offers a resort-like style residential complex and beachfront living in Isla Verde, one of most desirable tourist areas in San Juan.

The apartment has luxurious, resort quality amenities and furnishings. Watch beautiful Puerto Rican sunsets from your balcony. Listen to the easterly winds blow. Or, go swimming, walking, kayaking or island hopping if you are looking to be more active. There is so much to do! Enjoy the best of what Puerto Rico has to offer. Walgreen is across the street, there are 24hour supermarket, clubs casino, all walking distance.

Marbella del Caribe residential complex has wonderful resort facilities exclusively for its tenants and offers 24/7 security. The Eastern Tower were the apartment is located was recently renovated. The residence amenities include basketball court, a large swimming pool, tennis court, children’s playground and barbeque area right in front of the beach. Access to the beach area is gated.

Everything we needed and wanted . . .

Paola messaged me a few days before arriving. Check in was smooth and painless. The property was equipped with extra bedding and everything needed for the week was at our finger tips. The property had beach chairs and beach towels. The only thing missing was a cooler for the beach, but we purchased one and left it behind for others to use. We also appreciated having two charging docs that we could use for music at the property. Our vacation was around Easter so our group made a complete dinner and had everything we needed.

We made one message to Paola because we couldn't get the cable box and TV on in the master bedroom. She responded and came right over and fixed the problem. The property is well maintained and the surrounding area has everything. Walgreens is across the street and is open 24hrs. The beach just outside the property is clean and perfect for the day or just a few hours.

We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return in the future. Because we had 7 people, we would have appreciated more keys because you do have to swipe in and out of the pool and beach area but we managed. Again we realized a smaller group wouldn't require more keys. We did feel safe and secure with those securities in place.

Really Enjoyed!

Our family of 6 had a fantastic time. We loved the access to the beach and the pool. Walgreens and CVS were across the road along with many restaurants. The place was clean, fresh, nicely decorated, etc... The staff was friendly. The place is secure. Free parking in the garage with secure access to the garage. The person who helped us get settled was extremely friendly and helpful. Even when our flight was canceled leaving PR, she was still trying to be accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed staying here and would do it again in a heart beat.

The only reason we didn't give 5 stars was as follows:

1. We would have liked washer and dryer in our condo so that was a minor inconvenience. We did have to pay $5.00 per load at the laundry mat down stairs. With a family of 6, it became expensive to wash. If you don't do laundry on vacation then this is no big deal.

2. An oven and dishwasher would have been nice. An oven would have been the bigger plus of the two appliances.

3. The hotel behind our condo played loud music until 1:00 AM on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. If you like to party, then that's not a bid deal. If you are a family with kids, it's kind of an inconvenience. But, we played some white noise to drown out the music.

All in all, I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful views from cute and cozy condo!

This was our first time in Puerto Rico and everything worked out really well renting at the Marbella de Caribe. We were met by Paola and she showed us around the apartment and the common areas. The condo is nicely updated and is very cute and cozy. It was perfect for our family of 4. The building is well maintained. It's not fancy but well maintained and safe. It's right on the beach which was beautiful. The location was a 10 minute drive to the Condado area and old San Juan. The neighborhood surrounding the condo had some good restaurants and it wasn't too far from the grocery store. We were there between Christmas and New Years. The only drawback (which our condo owners can't control) was the loud parties at the WBC hotel next door. It was especially loud on New Years. Other than that, our stay was very lovely and I would recommend staying here. The owners provided a lot of local information which was very helpful.

The Apartment is Beautiful and the Beach view is Spectacular

Upon arrival Paola and staff immediately make you feel at home

She is very helpful answering any questions you at have about the area and to give some tips on where to eat

Isla verde beach is right at your doorstep and Condado and Old San Juan just a short cab ride away all in all a great vacation spot

Lovely 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. Very clean, remodeled and with an amazing ocean view!

The owner and property manager were so accommodating during the complete island black out! They both made sure we were moved to a hotel with generator power. The black out changed our overall plans but we still had an incredible time. We would go back again and stay at this Isla Verde Property!

As expected... Beautiful place with an amazing view of playa de Isla Verde, old "Alambique"

The place is nicely decorated and well equipped. 4 of us slept very comfortably and enjoyed of all the amenities the complex offers, including the beautiful beach of Isla Verde. Maybe I am partial because I am originally from Puerto Rico, but I do highly recommend staying here and enjoying the many things Puerto Rico offers...
