Recently fully renovated and refurbished by a professional decorator in a contemporary style with tropical colors and white, our 14th floor unit has unobstructed views of the 2-miles of Isla Verde’s white sandy beach. Marbella offers a resort-like style residential complex and beachfront living in Isla Verde, one of most desirable tourist areas in San Juan.
The apartment has luxurious, resort quality amenities and furnishings. Watch beautiful Puerto Rican sunsets from your balcony. Listen to the easterly winds blow. Or, go swimming, walking, kayaking or island hopping if you are looking to be more active. There is so much to do! Enjoy the best of what Puerto Rico has to offer. Walgreen is across the street, there are 24hour supermarket, clubs casino, all walking distance.
The apartment offers:
Central air conditioning. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Pull-out sofa bed in living area. State-of-the-art TV. Open-air kitchen with stainless stell appliances. Wifi and Cable TV. Beach chairs and Beach towels. Ample built-in closets in both bedrooms.
Master Bedroom: One king -side bed and one twin size bed futon (45 inches wide), for up 3 guests.
Second Bedroom: One full size bed with one twin bed futon (45 inches wide), for up to 3 guests.
Living area: Queen sofa and pull-out bed, for up to 2 guests.
Bedding. Offers Egyption cotton sheets and soft pillows.
Bathrooms. Features modern amenities and showers.
Marbella del Caribe residential complex has wonderful resort facilities exclusively for its tenants and offers 24/7 security. The Eastern Tower were the apartment is located was recently renovated. The residence amenities include basketball court, a large swimming pool, tennis court, gym, children’s playground and barbeque area right in front of the beach. Access to the beach area is gated.
There is one covered parking space.
Both professional and housewife. Coming from more than 20 years in the hotel business, I know what it takes to make a vacation special.

Marbella is in the best location on Isla Verde, with the greatest resort amenities located offering right at its backdoor one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico. The apartment has wonderful view and has top-of-the-line amenities and furnishings. I try to be very responsive and attentive to details. Everything is there for you to enjoy!

Couldn't beat the location and access to the beach and pool. 24 hr door man was a welcome bonus - safe feel all the time. Quick and easy access to Walgreens, breakfast/lunch cafes and bars. $25 cab to Old San Juan and Santurce to be expected. Condo unit itself recently updated - very nice; but building and facilities could use a little updating. I would return again.
The property was beautiful! Right on the beach, the views were breathtaking, the building secure and staff friendly. Definitely returning!!
We stayed here with another couple for one week. The condo is as pictured, which was beautiful.
The building itself could use some upgrades, but that is not a reflection of the condo. We rented a car for the week and we're glad that we did. It allowed us to explore the island and other areas for dining options. We enjoyed the Condado area for dining. The condo supplied us with 5 beach chairs that were very nice to have. Plenty of towels. Laundry is on the premises. The workout area is disgusting, so we took daily runs/walks instead. When exiting the condo, we recommend walking to the left...that area was nicer.
One warning...please watch your personal belongings on the beach. We became lax as the week progressed and had two backpacks stolen, but happily they were returned when a good samaritan spotted the theft and chased the robbers down and alerted the police. Quite exciting to be sure :)
Overall a great week in a beautiful condo!
Overall, the property was clean and with a beautiful modern aesthetic as shown in the pictures. The building is also nice and walkable to restaurants in Isla verde. My only complaint about the unit is that it says it Sleeps 8 and it does not provide sheets for more than the two double beds. My kids did not want to sleep in the same bed and wanted to sleep on the futon instead. There were no sheets for the futon. I asked Lymaris about the sheets several times and the only response was that they are in the closet. I told her we checked all the closets and they were not in the unit. I never again heard back. We made it work but if you are counting on sleeping 8 or using the futons you will be disappointed or bring your own sheets!
We stayed at this condo with another couple and there was plenty of room for the four of us. The condo was modern and welcoming. It was so nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We LOVED the view which is exactly as promised in the pictures. The location of this property is just perfect as there are many restaurants, casinos and souvenir shops all within walking distance. We shopped at the Walgreens several times and they had everything we needed so do not worry about forgetting something when you are packing for your stay at this property.
We loved our days on the beautiful beach and everything about the condo.
The only negative for us was that the condo wasn't as clean as we would have liked upon our arrival. We went to Walgreens and bought a few supplies, cleaned to our standards and absolutely enjoyed the entire rest of our stay.
The owners were very easy to work with and everything was as promised.
We would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Isla Verde, Puerto Rico!!
