The bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a new sofa bed. There are 2 flat screen TV's and a DVD player in the condo. The condo is also furnished with all cooking pots, pans, utensils, glassware, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher. All of the rooms have individual air conditioners with timers for your comfort when needed. The unit is also conveniently located near the parking area, both pools and the Pavilion.

Other Amenities: Convenient location (2 blocks) to Historic Downtown Lahaina and 2 beaches. WIFI is free in the unit, in the lobby, and at both pool areas.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo: The property uses Solar for heating the hot water and for all common area lighting and appurtenances. I am a professional land surveyor in California, Nevada and Washington and my wife works for a Credit Union. We love Maui and all it has to offer, such as snorkeling, hiking, sight seeing, whale watching, and relaxing on the beach until sunset each night.

Why Howard Brunner chose Maui

We chose the Aina Nalu because it has been completely renovated and is in the heart of historic downtown Lahaina, within two blocks of most of the shopping, dining and drinking establishments on Maui. When we come home at night, we don't need to jump back in the car and travel to a place to eat or drink. We walk everywhere and love it.

What makes this condo unique

We are on the ground floor of a two story building at the corner of the parking lot with direct access from parking to the condo. Once you come home from a day of activities, there is no need to get back in a car and go to dinner or shopping since you are only two blocks from Front Street in Lahaina. You are also three blocks from the ocean and two beaches (505) and (Baby Beach)

We spent 18 days in this condo & found everything as advertised. The unit is in excellent shape, very clean, and the bed/bedding very comfortable. It is well stocked with everything you need for cooking utensils/dishes. It even has good lawn chairs and boogie boards. Found the location to the infiniti pool which we used daily was very handy. Cleanliness of the pool and area surrounding is immaculate. We used the barbeques most days & found them extremely clean as they are cleaned daily. The complex is a short walking distance to all the shops, eating areas etc. so very convenient. Parking is $20.00 daily but very worthwhile for the convenience of having your vehicle steps to your door. The whole complex is very quiet even in the pool areas. We would not hesitate to stay in this unit again or recommend it.

This property was beautiful and super convenient to downtown Lahaina. We'd stay here again 100%!

The apartment was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It has a nice kitchen complete with everything you'll need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The shower and bathroom area is plenty spacious and well stocked with extra towels and wash cloths. There's also a stackable washer/dryer unit in the bathroom closet. The bedroom has plenty of closet and drawer space in addition to a ceiling fan and an AC unit. In the closet, the owner provides snorkel gear, several beach chairs, body boards, noodles for the pool, and a cooler. The property staff keeps things meticulously clean. There are several areas to dump your garbage. There are also several areas to grill. The pool area was simply amazing. Parking was easy, but we chose street parking versus the $20/day fee.

The property is nice and quiet and offers a spectacular view of the hills above Lahaina. It felt super secluded even though you are only 1-2 blocks from all of the shops and the ocean. The owner was super responsive and helpful. My wife and I would highly recommend staying at this unit and/or property. One of the great discoveries was the food truck lot about 200 yards from the property. We tried several for breakfast. Not only were they delicious, but they were completely inexpensive. Highly recommend staying here at Aina Nalu!

Awesome location

Perfect location, the condo had everything we could possibly need. The owner was quick to respond and helped me the first day with the door code. Parking was easy we were able to park right on the street almost the whole time and only had to pay for parking the last day because there were no free spots out front. The only complaint I have is about the complex and has nothing to do with our condo, they have a security guard patrol the pool area and every five minutes he comes by and yells at you about drinking beer at the pool. You can have your beer at a lounge chair which is 5 feet away but not at the pool. We're not even talking glass bottles which would be understandable, I'm talking cans and red solo cups. Not too sure why 5 feet of distance makes a difference but it was extremely annoying, made me feel like an underage kid getting yelled at by a parent.

Owner's Response: I'm very sorry to hear about the over enforcement of pool rules by the HOA Board. When I was last involved with the HOA Pool Rules, such things were not a problem as long as the beverages were not in glass containers or being consumed in the pool. Please accept my apologies as a concerned owner. I have passed this along to our HOA Board for their information asking what is going on with the rules they have security enforcing. Please consider staying again.

Nice condo, great location. Parking not included.

The condo was clean and nicely finished and furnished as promised and the pools were nice but somewhat crowded most afternoons. We were surprised to learn on the first morning that on-site parking was not included in the rental. On site parking passes were an additional $20 per night so we opted to use on street (when available) and local pay lots instead but it was a hassle and was an additional unexpected expense.

Owner's Response: We have no control over the parking fee charged by the developer and have stated that this fee will be charged for parking on property and provide options to help. Many other properties charge double or more for parking.

Great condo and location

Rented this condo for my granddaughter, her husband and two daughters. She stated that

they had a wonderful time. The grounds were beautiful & well kept. Most everything was

within walking distance. The pools were wonderful, the girls couldn't get enough of them.

The baby beach was also great. They actually got to see fish in the water near the shore.

The only negative was the lack of beach towels. It's not easy to back beach towels for

four and carry them on the airplane.
