Full appliances, granite counter tops, table and 4 chairs and a breakfast bar with 3 stools in the kitchen area. The bathroom has a walk in slate rain shower. A washer and dryer is also in the unit. The bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a new sofa bed. There are 2 flat screen TV's and a DVD player in the condo. The condo is also furnished with all cooking pots, pans, utensils, glassware, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and dishwasher. All of the rooms have individual air conditioners with timers for your comfort when needed. The unit is also conveniently located near the parking area, both pools and the Pavilion.

Other Amenities: Convenient location (2 blocks) to Historic Downtown Lahaina and 2 beaches. WIFI is free in the unit, in the lobby, and at both pool areas.

The Unique Benefits of this Condo: The property uses Solar for heating the hot water and for all common area lighting and appurtenances. The condo also has 2 pools, a Spa, Pavilion with a a big screen TV, bathrooms and a dining/cooking area with 4 gas BBQ's. It is beautifully landscaped and maintained. I am a professional land surveyor in California, Nevada and Washington and my wife works for a Credit Union. We love Maui and all it has to offer, such as snorkeling, hiking, sight seeing, whale watching, and relaxing on the beach until sunset each night.

Why Howard Brunner chose Maui

We chose the Aina Nalu because it has been completely renovated and is in the heart of historic downtown Lahaina, within two blocks of most of the shopping, dining and drinking establishments on Maui. When we come home at night, we don't need to jump back in the car and travel to a place to eat or drink. We walk everywhere and love it.

What makes this condo unique

We are on the ground floor of a two story building at the corner of the parking lot with direct access from parking to the condo. Once you come home from a day of activities, there is no need to get back in a car and go to dinner or shopping since you are only two blocks from Front Street in Lahaina. You are also three blocks from the ocean and two beaches (505) and (Baby Beach)

We spent 18 days in this condo & found everything as advertised. The unit is in excellent shape, very clean, and the bed/bedding very comfortable. It is well stocked with everything you need for cooking utensils/dishes. It even has good lawn chairs and boogie boards. Found the location to the infiniti pool which we used daily was very handy. Cleanliness of the pool and area surrounding is immaculate. We used the barbeques most days & found them extremely clean as they are cleaned daily. The complex is a short walking distance to all the shops, eating areas etc. so very convenient. Parking is $20.00 daily but very worthwhile for the convenience of having your vehicle steps to your door. The whole complex is very quiet even in the pool areas. We would not hesitate to stay in this unit again or recommend it.

Aina Nalu is a very nice property. It was very well maintained.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at the condo. It was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything you would need to have a nice stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and they even had beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler and snorkeling gear for us to use. Loved the nice big shower and the stackable washer and dryer.

Very convenient location. Close to shops, galleries and restaurants. Beaches were not very far away.

Thanks for sharing your home with us!!! We very much enjoyed it.

Quiet and Convenient

Loved the location. It was close to everything and staying solo was a breeze since I could walk anywhere. The pool was nice and the place was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

amazing condo next to everything!

Loved this place. We stayed for 2 weeks so having this place, with a kitchen, washer & dryer and everything you could need, made our stay prefect. The pools on the property where so nice. Loved that there were chairs, umbrella, and a cooler for the beach days. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Nice one bedroom condo

The condo is clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is very convenient and you can walk to the main drag of Lahina where you can shop or dine in nice restaurants. The bathroom is clean and spacious but no shampoo is provided. Parking is $20/day in the parking lot. It is not easy to get parking space on the street near the condo. Overall we enjoy the condo and would recommend it to my friends.

Great stay!

It was such a great stay with awesome facilities. The entire place was cute and cozy. It had a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and dishwasher, which is exactly what we wanted. There were 2 pools (one of them an Infiniti!) and the beach and shops were within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!
