About the property

Bedrooms 1, Bathrooms 1, Sleeps 4

This magnificent Seattle vacation rental condo is in the heart of Seattle's lively Belltown Neighborhood, decorated in soothing shades of taupe and turquoise. It will make an ideal home base for your Seattle adventure or corporate stay.

This property is managed by Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. We are a family owned business, and work everyday to redefine your vacation rental experience. Your satisfaction, as our guest, is our goal.

This home away from home is truly walking distance to some of Seattle's best restaurants and the Pike Place Market, as well as the waterfron piers, Seattle Center, and downtown shopping. It's convenient the Convention Center, downtown Seattle employers, Pioneer Square, the stadiums and more, making it an excellent choice for both a vacation rental and corporate housing.

This beautiful condo features a Elliott Bay Water View. This unit as been fully renovated in June 2014. You'll feel pampered and notice the difference in the quality of accommodations!

Enter the property and immediately you notice the abundant natural light that floods the living area from the oversized windows, even on Seattle's rainiest days. The beige and turquise color scheme in the living room is restful and relaxing. The view from the windows is quinessential Seattle, with the waterfront, ferries, cruise ships and more. This is a beautiful and exciting vacation rental property.

The kitchen is well stocked for most meals, and we provide basic spices and olive oil along with the pots, pans, dishes, flatware and more.

Please be aware that A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

What makes this condo unique

You will love our property! You can pack light. We provide everything you will need to make you comfortable during your stay. Guestbook comments from the manager

What a delightful place…lived up to all expectations. The accommodations were more than adequate and well equipped. The location was 1/2 mile from the Space Needle to the north and Pike's Market to the south. The condo was easily accessible by light rail from SeaTac, and on 1st Avenue where many good restaurants were located. The only negative was lack of grocery stores, although the nation known Macrina Bakery was right at our doorstep literally.

Perfect location....

  • 4 of 5

We spent three nights here after getting off of a yacht cruise to BC. We loved the location and the bakery, Macrena, downstairs. We walked all over Seattle from the Chihuly, to REI, to the Starbucks Roastery and of course, to the Pike Place Market. The condo was comfortable but that couch has a problem as the cushions continue to try to slide off the couch as you sit! And even with the heat in the OFF position we had to open windows to cool off (it was cold outside!). Thankfully there were fans! Other than that it was comfortable and well-appointed. Loved being able to do our laundry after a week on a yacht!

Really made welcome

  • 5 of 5

We felt welcome from the start.....representative met us promptly at agreed upon time, showed us a comfortable and clean room. We told them were there to celebrate my 50th birthday and when we arrived there was a nice b-day card and gift. Comfortable king size bed. Good written instructions through as how to connect to wi-fi, operate TV, take out trash, etc.

Would highly recommend.

Charming Condo

  • 5 of 5

This is my 1st time booking a condo in Seattle, I typically book a hotel room in Queen Anne.

After staying here I don't think I will ever book a hotel room again. It the same price to stay in this charming 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo as it is for a hotel room for 2 nights. And I was not charged extra for parking!

I loved the adorable decorations in the condo. The bed was oh so comfy! The view from the condo out onto the bay was absolutely beautiful. I could sit out on the balcony and watch the boats all day. I loved the convince of having a kitchen. I could make a coffee and not have to worry about getting dressed, finding a place and standing in line. Also having a washer and dryer was as an added convince. On my drive up to Seattle my perfume bottle leaked all over my clothes in my duffel bag, OOPS! I was able to give them a quick wash so they didn't reek of perfume.

All around the condo are delicious places to eat. I recommend trying the the Macarena Bakery & Cyclopes down stairs. And the walk to West Lake Center & Pike Place market was not bad at all.

Thank you for the wonderful stay! I will be booking with Oasis again.

Great location, wonderful condo

  • 5 of 5

We truly enjoyed our visit! The condo is the perfect size, was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - the bakery below is delicious and many other great shops and restaurants are nearby. We also appreciated a safe/secure parking space. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.
