This beach house is directly on Long Island Sound, and has two porches to sit and hear the waves. As you walk into the house you will see an open kitchen that looks directly to the kitchen table, and living room which then leads you directly out onto the porch in front of the beach. The downstairs porch has two pairs of steps to easily be able to then access the beach which is directly in front of you. Upstairs you have 3 bedrooms. The King bedroom has its own porch that overlooks the water, and has its own bathroom that has been updated. This bedroom also has a day bed in the room The 2 back bedrooms have their own full bathroom. One bedroom has 2 twin beds and is a child’s room, and the other bedroom has a queen bed and single bed to utilize. Both of these bedrooms have their own AC if needed. There are two porches that are directly facing Long Island Sound. The house has great off-street parking, and is set up to enjoy a vacation at the beach. The beach is literally 10 feet away from the 1st floor porch. The home has a very relaxed feel, and has everything you would need. From kayaks, toys, beach chairs, ect. Milford has great family shopping! We have a Whole Foods, Trader Joe's and Costco, all within 3 miles from the beach. Up the road about ½ mile is a Save A Lot and Wine Store.

The house had everything we needed, plenty of space to sit inside, three bathrooms, and the VIEWS!!! We were NEVER inside!

Brad was AMAZING about answering questions and the house had the basics stocked upon arrivals like paper towels, toilet paper, soap and garbage bags( SO APPRECIATED) . He was also immediately responsive when the dryer quit and a new one was delivered the NEXT day :)

The house is minutes from a WONDERFUL local grocery store little plaza with a bakery and liquor store.

The beach is VERY private and VERY quiet and really quite special.

The best AUGUST stay we have ever had. I hope we can make our schedules work again so we can be back!

Wonderful house for a great vacation!

Brad is a very accommodating host and the house is perfect for a wonderful vacation. We needed a place that did not fit the typical week stay and Brad really came through for us. The beds were very comfy and it is a full kitchen. The house was immaculate and the beach is very user friendly, especially with the house right there. Being able to sleep with all the windows open so that we could hear the ocean was just heaven. Again, it was a "perfect" vacation.

Perfect Vacation Home, Beautiful Setting, Gracious owner

My family recently spent 5 days at this beach house. The owner was very pleasant and easy to deal with. The price was also very reasonable compared to other homes with less amenities we looked at in the same area. Not only was the home immaculate but it was comfortable without being to formal. Our master bedroom was perfect with its vaulted ceilings, cozy bed and private terrace. Our kids were able to spread out without feeling confined. The water was beautiful as were the sunsets. It was the best place we have stayed by far!!!!!! Will certainly recommend and return for another stay.

Why Brad chose Milford

The house is great for families as the beach is right in-front of the home. It also a very dog friendly beach, and we do accept dogs. This house has everything you would ever need.

This is a very relaxed beach area in Milford. Dogs are walked on the beach, but everyone is very respectful to pick up after their dogs. Also across the street about 100 yards down the road is the Beach Comer a local watering hole.

We rent the house out from Friday check in at 3PM and Friday check out at 9AM.
