It's located in the Provincial historic area of Old Strathcona and is within walking distance to hundreds of fantastic restaurants and interesting shops and markets.
Whyte Ave ,the main business street is a rocks throw away.
The house is a 5 minute drive to downtown Edmonton,or a 8-10 minute bus ride firm the corner.
Guests can also catch one bus all the way to west Edmonton mall from the corner.
The house is old and while updated is worn on places with etchings from use.
and has little inconsequential things that are not perfect but will not impact the comfort of your stay🙂.
For example 1 light out of 10 in an area may not work. A couple baseboards are loose in inconspicuous areas. If this bothers you and you're the type of guest that ignores the multitude of amenities the house offers at a fantastic price,and trash my listing over these types of issues then please don't book my house 🙂
