Seashell Chateau is in the prestigious Pirates Beach community. This seaside home is very relaxing, quiet, sunny and rejuvenating.

The beach house amenities included are a Brand New 6-person Golf Cart, WI-FI, Color Printer/Scanner, a 55-inch Smart Television in the Living Room with all Cable and Streaming Channels, and Smart TV's in all Three Bedrooms with YouTube TV, Netflix, and all streaming channels, 2 Sony Blu-ray DVD Players with DVDs, Outdoor Grill, Beach Cruiser Bikes, Beach Toys, Boogie Boards, Life Jackets for Adults and Kids, Kites and Games, Beach Towels, Luxury Linens, Sunscreen, Keurig Coffee Maker, Coffee, Basic Pantry Items, and Designer Toiletries.

Seashell Chateau has three bedrooms and two full baths, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, and an outdoor shower with hot water. Two guest rooms have queen-sized memory foam beds, and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds and an extremely comfortable memory foam pull-out queen sofa bed. The downstairs bunk bedroom also has a Changing Table, Black-out Curtains, a Draft Stopper under the Door, and various Toys for Small Children. The downstairs bathroom has Bath Toys for Small Children.

Two separate outdoor living areas have dining tables and beautiful gulf views. Walk directly to the beach or take the golf cart. Relax to the waves crashing and the stunning ocean views!
