The apartment is on the top two floors of the building which provides elevator access. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room. The other two bedrooms are on the same floor and have access to a separate shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third has 2 single beds. There is a small balcony accessible from the third bedroom. The upper floor is a very light, open plan living/kitchen area with a large glass sliding door which gives access to the main balcony. Great views across Galway Bay to the Burren. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. Washing machine, electric storage radiators, cable TV and internet access. All towels & linen provided. Free car parking in the same building.
WIthin 2 minutes walk of Eyre Square and the pedestrian centre of Galway - Spanish Arch and the Latin Quarter.

My wife and I and our adult daughter stayed for five nights in this well-located and well-furnished apartment. It was very clean and well-stocked when we arrived. As others have said, the apartment is a short walk from pretty much all of central Galway, which is extraordinarily easy to explore on foot. I would not drive, if you can help it. Take the train from Dublin or another city, and just walk everywhere.
All the good things others have said are true. We would stay there again and also recommend it. One thing missing from the other reviews is that the master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom does not have a balcony outside the window, which allows quite a bit of road noise from Dock Road, which is a main route into town. If you are a light sleeper, this can wake you up. The other two bedrooms are less noisy when the traffic is active.
Again, this is a great apartment and Martin is an excellent owner with whom to work. The price of this for the quality and location is very good.
My family came to visit Galway the 20th through the 22nd of November and stayed at Mr. Stokes place. The place was very clean and had all the amenities that we could ask for. The view from his condo overlooking the tiny port is just wonderful. Perfect sunrises, quiet sounds and just a true pleasure to enjoy. It's just steps away from anything you could possibly ask for, and convenient to all the attractions. Thank you Martin for a wonderful stay. You must have said a prayer for us, because the weather was just perfect.
Such a lovely home away from home with every amenity we could ask for along with a stunning view and so much to see from the gorgeous patio. We loved the open upstairs and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice including nice warm water in the showers! We would most definitely stay here again if we were lucky enough to go to Galway again. Thank you so much Martin! Lovely lovely apartment.
You couldn't ask for a better location to see Galway. . . and all the activity in the harbor. It is an easy, five minute walk to shopping, restaurants, pubs, and many attractions. Although much has been written about this apartment, one of the major advantages for us was the assigned, indoor parking. Parking in Galway is not always convenient, easy, or inexpensive, so having it available two floors beneath us was a real plus. We would gladly return and would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends.
Gorgeous views of the harbor. We loved the free fast Internet and comfortable living room. Free parking was a plus too. Only a 5 minute walk to many restaurants. Great place to stay while in Galway.
There was six of us and we all enjoyed our stay. It was a learning experience just watching the Port of Galway from our balcony. The main streets of Galway are only a couple of blocks away and too handy to walk home after an evening of pub crawls (of which there are many). The food offered at the restaurants close by was amazing. Day trips were easy too, Cliffs of Moher. Galway is an amazing city. I will have to come back again. Only one issue: One of the bedrooms was tight for two adults.
