Summer Towne Cottages on Front Beach Road in Panama City Beach, FL is quite possibly the most convenient location in the entire area along the beaches. You can fly into Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), take a shuttle 20 miles from the airport, and never have to drive a car. Everything you could need from the gorgeous beaches, grocery/convenience, and all of the Pier Park attractions are within a short stroll from the house.

From the vantage point of your third level porch... with your cup of coffee or glass of wine... you have a front row seat to breathtaking sunrises and dazzling sunsets over the emerald waters of the Gulf. What a wonderful 'home base' for your family's vacation! Our brightly painted cottage-like home is located at the end of the row, and with three different porches and many windows. You will always have a changing view of the Gulf and surrounding area.

The spacious top floor living area with access to the porch is designed with your family's comfort and needs in mind. The kitchen is large and fully stocked. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and a private bath with tub/shower combination, two vanity sinks and a huge walk-in closet. Best of all, the bedroom has a quiet sitting area and its own private porch for those quiet moments when you just need to get away.

Facing the pool (north) is a bedroom that features two sets of bunks with twin beds and is near the guest bathroom in the hallway on the 2nd floor.

The third bedroom is on the ground level and has its own private full bath. It features a bunk bed with full on bottom and twin bed on top.

Unlike condos with their huge parking garages and elevators, you have only to pull into your own private carport and walk a few steps to your home. Convenience plus if you feel like hanging out, there is a private community pool right in your backyard.

Or, just across the street is a public access to 200' of vacant sugary white sandy beach. This beach is also pet friendly. When you return there is a handy outdoor shower just to the right of the front door. No gritty sand once you're back inside!

A short walk away is Pier Park, the largest shopping center in Northwest Florida. Across Front Beach Rd from Pier Park, extending 1500 feet into the Gulf is the Dan Russell City Pier, a world class fishing pier with fabulous views and even better fishing. You can walk there, too!

Pier Park, with it's open air layout and endless shopping and restaurant opportunities will keep you entertained for a long time. It is home to familiar retailers, but also offers many small local shops with unique gifts and treasures for all. Restaurants like Margaritaville, Guy Harvey's Island Grill, Reggae J's, and many more are sure to please everyone's tastes. The complex features walking paths, a kiddies amusement park during much of the year, and specialized events, like the Summer Concert Series and Seabreeze Jazz Festival. The Grand Theater offers 16 different theaters. If you're tired at the end of your fun day and don't want to walk, just hop on a trolley for the short ride home!

When you do want to wander further afar, you are just a very short drive to other destinations like Frank Brown Park with its baseball fields, playgrounds, fishing and picnic areas, and an aquatic center. It is also host to many fun events like the Seafood Festival, Music Fest, Thunder Beach and other annual traditions.

For a change, check out Shell Island, a natural, undeveloped island which lies between the Gulf of Mexico and St. Andrews Bay. It is home to one of the world's highest concentrations of bottle-nosed dolphins, and the island's pristine beauty and abundant wildlife make it an enjoyable and exciting way to spend the day.

At the end of your fun day, relax in the comforts of your vacation home. Sneak out onto your own private porch off the master bedroom... or, head back out to that same third level porch to bask in the waning sunlight. As the seagulls soar over the sand and surf, soak in those final rays of sun and allow yourself to be mesmerized by the many fiery hues of gold, red, pink and orange as the sun sinks into the sea. Just another day in Paradise!

The house was great location! Parking problems!

The house was great! Located in walking distance to Pier Park. Parking at the house was poor. We had 2 trucks. There were other tenants in neighboring houses that took all the

extra parking . They had 5 vehicles. This was a slight issue. The location is quite loud at night, late night traffic. We loved the beach and being able to walk to most places.

Loved it!! Perfect for a family of 7! Everything you need is provided and the location couldn't be better. Within a very, very short walk - literally across the street - to the beach. Then another short walk to Pier Park. Clean, well maintained home and grounds. Would definitely recommend to all!

We had a great time this week staying here. The house was great. The third floor (living room and kitchen) is open, airy, and very roomy. The second floor bedrooms were great. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The bunk beds in the second bedroom were great for the 4 teenage girls we had with us. The owners were very nice and were quick to respond when we had an issue. Lots of stairs but other than that it was perfect.

A special an unique place to stay.

We arrived early before check in an the housekeeper said we could in and it was maybe around 1:30pm. We were able to unload our van and immediately walkout to the beach even though a cold front moved in during our Spring break the walk on the beach was fantastic. The views of the sunset from the top floor balcony were fantastic and our two dogs enjoyed sitting out and breathing in the air and watching people walking by. The home was very pet friendly and made it possible to bring in our dog crate for one and leave the other dog out in a secure environment were we can close it off to prevent roaming. My wife and I plan to return, Tonya was always available to answer any questions we had. So please share our Thanks with your son...he has a great home!
