Two blocks from the beautiful ocean beaches and walking distance to the many restaurants and shops and parks.
Arrived and was delighted with the tree lined street.A three minute walk to the heart of the hotel/restaurant core was the value here . No car was required , also a three minute walk the other way on the street to the marina.There are rental fishing boats available along with private boats as well. At the home which is totally renovated are beautiful rooms fully equipped with flat screen tv's, wifi ,etc. Comfy beds , a heated salt water pool and screened in porch backing onto a huge privately fenced yard. Bikes for your enjoyment, when can we come back?
Being my first HomeAway excursion I was impressed upon arrival with the beautiful artwork and elegant accomodations - truly a home i would like for myself. Location was excellent for walking to the beach and nearby restaurants or a jog accross the causeway. Biking trails were great for going to nearby shopping and museums. I would recommend the COBALT restaurant, a little pricey but delicious with a comfortable atmoshpere. A tour of the Piper aircraft factory is not to be missed.
With all of the wonderful updates and amenities, you will be very delighted in choosing this home to stay for your visit at Vero Beach. Every room is impeccably clean, And the backyard with the large pool/courtyard area was very nicely landscaped, making it your own private retreat! Thank you Chuck. First let me say that the owner of this property "Chuck" is a super nice guy and very easy to work with. The house itself is awesome! Everything was spotless and Chuck has completely updated the bathrooms and kitchen as well as a brand new pool and patio. The location is very good as well, you can walk a few blocks to get to the ocean and some very nice waterfront restaurants. The town of Vero Beach is great, I have traveled all over the state of Florida for more than 30 years and I would rank Vero in my top 3 spots. My wife and I rented the house for a week and definitely did not want to leave! FYI Chuck has several rental places in Vero Beach, he graciously showed us one of his other properties a few blocks away and it was just as nice! The next time we are heading to the Vero area, I will be giving Chuck a call.
The property has just been remodeled. The kitchen, bathrooms, floors, pool and most of the furniture is all new. Only takes a very short walk to the beach, restaurants and boutiques on Ocean Drive. Talking to Chuck and doing business with him was very easy. I live in Colombia and visit Vero Beach twice a year and would definitely stay again in this house. Already recommended this property to my friends and family who might visit the city.
