Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
This is the second time we've stayed in this home. Clean, great location well furnished. Beds were comfortable and the dune that blocks you from the ocean view also blocks the wind! So sitting on the back porch was awesome even in February
My family and I had a great time there. The place was spacious and had all the amenities for the family of four. It also had a garage with a ping-pong table. The access to beach was close enough. It is not a ocean-front property, but you just have to walk up a small hill to access the beach. (To be fair, most of the houses in the neighborhood didn't have a view of the ocean directly since the sand wall is about 6 foot high from the residential area.)
This house was a perfect size for 3 people with 2 dogs. The layout was perfect. Liked the proximity to the beach.
Great spot for exploring Pacific City. Walking distance to both ends of town and great beach access. House was clean, bright and happy.
This home had everything we could have wanted. Comfy bed, very nice linens, well stocked kitchen. Air hockey table in the garage was a hit. Wonderful location. And fairly tame deer roam the neighborhood. The only minor suggestions I had are to give instructions on starting the shower (we had never seen a faucet like that before in the tub). Also it would have been nice to have two keys, as we had two adult couples in the home and sometimes wanted to explore the area separately.
