Amenities include; Cable TV, Netflix Instant Streaming Movies, Internet/WiFi, Laptop computer. You'll also find beach chairs, ice cooler and bicycles for use. Guests have pool privleges at the Regency Cabanas Townhomes just down the street.

Our home is located in a quieter residential section on Pensacola Beach, but still close enough to bike to the restaurants & entertainment area's. Or we can use the free beach trolley on Via de Luna.

Our family just stayed there for a week. What a great time we had. Perfect weather, perfect location! It was just a couple of minutes walk to the beach, in a very safe and quiet part of Pensacola Beach, yet close to everything. We found the home to have nearly everything we needed. Than k you again! We will be back again.
We very much enjoyed our experience at this property.
It's in the middle of an established, quiet neighborhood-the neighbors were pleasant, the residince was clean, and it really felt like home.
One night, we grilled out on the gas grill that was provided, and one night we sat on the other side of the home (big wrap-around deck) just talking.
It was about a 3 minute walk from the beach to the front deck-and although it would have been nice to be directly on the beach, the price discount that we recieved for being the extra couple of minutes away made it quite worthwhile when comparing to other properties.
With about a 7-minute drive to the Boardwalk in Pensacola Beach, we found the location pretty nice, too.
In addition, the property manager was extremely flexible with regard to our needs, and communicated quite well.
If you're looking for a crazy, college party to host, this probably isn't the property for you. But if you're looking for a quiet, relaxing get-away, this is a 'must-see'.
Finally, the only reason we didn't give this unit 5/5 stars is because the state of the house, although quite clean, we felt, could have had a few updates, but nothing major.
Defintely one to consider.

During the peak summer months, Changeover days are Saturday. At times we can make exceptions for Sunday. This means for stays of less than 7 nights, your stay must start on a Saturday or end on a Saturday. (See note regarding Sunday)
