Beautiful place for family vacations

  • 5 of 5

We spend our third summer holidays in this beautiful place which is located very nicely, close to the beach and with a direct bay access. I can highly recommend this home as a quiet place for the evenings but really close to nice restaurants and shopping places in Naples.

Comfortable home close to the beach

  • 4 of 5

This is a terrific location. To the North, we had the dock along the canal. Fishing from the dock was excellent for the kids. We saw dolphin in the canal on our last day. To the West, it is an easy walk along a private path to the beach. We were able to carry our rented paddle-boards to the beach. The house has everything we needed, except perhaps coffee mugs! Next time, we will pack fewer things.

Property and location first class

  • 5 of 5

Lovely property giving our family of 4 all they needed, space, comfort and great lanai and pool. Location is great and short walk to delightful beach, nice and quiet with dolphins and manatee to see. Whilst not many restaurants nearby this didn't bother us as within 2 miles there's plenty of options. Only needed to contact Maureen once, very responsive and sorted our small challenge out as quick as she could. Would recommend this place if someone wants . great house, great location and great beach !

Amazing Beach Vacation!!

  • 5 of 5

This place is amazing!!! Beautiful open house plan! Wonderful pool and hot tub! They have their own fishing dock and just steps away from an amazing beach where we literally saw dolphins swimming right down the coast line! I have three kids ranging from 10 to 2 years old and none of them wanted to leave! The owners were amazing and they have thought of everything! Absolutely perfect!!

Beach, boat, fish, eat, drink and be merry

  • 5 of 5

Can't beat this location...in two minutes you can be on the beach; in seconds you can be fishing on the dock or paddle boarding in the canal (just be careful of jellyfish); in five minutes you can be dining at upscale Baleen restaurant on the Gulf; in 15 minutes you can be sipping an awesome margarita at the corner bar, BeachBox. All within walking distance in a beautiful, safe neighborhood.

If you want to drive, the Mercato is a few minutes away, with great restaurants and a movie theater with roomy leather seats. And don't miss all the designer stores at the outlet mall near the Ft Myers airport, well worth the 30 minute drive.

The house is very spacious. Three bedrooms and three full bathrooms are convenient...no one has to share. A sliding pocket door makes it easy to close off the two bedrooms from the living area for privacy. The pool is small but the heater works great. Hot tub is hot! The shady lanai is a good place to chillax. The living areas of the house are bright and cheery due to all the sliding doors and windows.

We had no trouble sleeping on the king bed in master bedroom. The queen mattress in guest room was replaced when we were there, and the new mattress is quite comfortable.

Thanks, Maureen, for responding to my requests quickly! Looking forward to returning next year.

Best Vacation Ever!

  • 5 of 5

I rented this home for my family over Christmas holiday. There were 5 adults, 2 teenagers and one infant. The house was perfect for all of us! There were plenty of toys for the little one and things for her to swim with in the pool ( IE: life jackets and a puddle jumper which is essential ) Also in the home was a pack-n-play, plastic ware and a high chair/booster seat. It made our trip so much easier. For the teenagers we bought fishing poles and they lived out there 5 days fishing off of the back dock. We caught yellow fin tuna, red fish, several crabs and more catfish than you can imagine. We did catch several others that we could not identify but they were beautiful ! The walk to the beach took about 2 minutes and the home had everything to accommodate, beach chairs, rolling cooler, umbrella, beach towels and even a large beach type blanket that fit all of us!

We should not have brought so much with us. The house had sunscreens of all size and SPF, flip flops, toys, wrapping paper, games, plastic cups, paper towels, cooking spices, coffee, sugar, aluminum foil, I could go on and on. Everything was clean and in well working condition. The pool took a full day to heat but when it reached 98 degrees it was amazing! the outdoor grill was a favorite for all and provided most dinners. The kitchen was more than equipt for our large breakfasts and we entertained 13 on Christmas eve just fine.

Besides the beach there are few places to walk from this home, A restaurant and small bar are within a half mile. 4 minute drive to shopping, Publix and several dining options. 10 minutes to Walmart. I couldn't have asked for a better location or more accommodating stay for our family.

Maureen was so helpful in assisting our comfort and reservations. I even lost my camera somewhere on the trip and she was very quick to reach out to her staff to help find it. If/when we travel to Naples again, I would refuse to stay anywhere else! Perfect Vacation.
