About the property

Historic 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Home With Open Living Space And Quiet Bedrooms

Location, Location, Location!

Park your car and relax in this spacious, clean and comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom home just steps from the famous Grand Canyon Railway station, where trains depart for Grand Canyon National Park and, during the winter holiday season, the North Pole via Polar Express!

Historic downtown Williams, quaint shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment are a quick 10-minute stroll from the front door.

My home is designed for both family and adult getaways. It sleeps a maximum of eight, if you put two people on the comfy sofas.

Full kitchen, cozy gas fireplace, window air conditioning units in bathrooms, separate TV room, distinct sleeping and living areas, backyard patio with a picnic table and new gas grill for al fresco dining. Our home, like most other historic houses in the area, does not have central a/c. We are in the cool, high pines and enjoy natural mountain air conditioning.

Williams is a perfect small-town getaway. Groceries, coffee shops, restaurants and entertainment are all just a short walk away. Summer temperatures are mild, winter days often have both snow and sunshine. Williams is a 'dark sky' town, so the bright stars and galaxies seem close enough to touch!

Comfy house near Grand Canyon

  • 5 of 5

Perfect place for a Grand Canyon trip. We walked to the train one day and sightseed around the area a couple more days. We also enjoyed hanging around the house: it's well stocked for games, reading, cooking, and socializing. Highly recommended.

Great location, clean and plenty of space

  • 5 of 5

We were 2 adults and 3 young children. The property was perfect- roomy, very clean, comfortable and with everything we needed. We only spent one night since we came for the Polar Express. The location is great- right across from the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel. I highly recommend it and we'll be staying here again!

Perfect for our Polar Express adventure!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed one night after doing Polar Express. It's right across the street from the hotel/train station & so convenient. We comfortably fit 6 adults & 4 kids, the rooms were a great size. Well stocked, clean. It was perfect! We'll definitely rent again & refer friends! Thank you!

Great place

  • 4 of 5

We first arrived to a freshly cleaned house. Cleaner fumes were a little overpowering. Bedrooms are large and beds comfy. Easy and close access to historic district. We enjoyed our helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon. Would come back again.

Owner's Response: Thank you for the feedback. We've asked our crew to air the house in the winter to clear cleaning supply scents. Happy Travels!

Wonderful home, perfect location for Grand Canyon exploration

  • 5 of 5

This a wonderful, quaint country home that is exceptionally clean. Located a few steps from the Grand Canyon Railroad depot you can walk to the train, downtown restaurants and along the shops of historic Route 66! The house is simple yet fully stocked with what you need to explore the region. It is always nice to come "home" for a glass of wine, sit on the porch or just enjoy you own living room. Lisa is quick to respond and easy to work with. We were2 couples who were on the go and found this house to be just what we needed for 3 nights in Williams, AZ,.

Great spot, close to canyon

  • 4 of 5

Great location, very near the Grand Canyon. Friendly staff. The yard was in the process of being landscaped when we were there, but I loved where it was headed (sculptures, fire pit, outdoor sofa ... great stuff).
