Smaller groups preferred at this lovely home within a quiet beachfront stretch of residential homes, will consider reduced rates for small groups! The Kihei beachfront property is primely positioned along a miles-long string of beaches on Maui's South side, you and your family are sure to enjoy the long beach walks located less than 20 minutes to the airport. Relax on the covered patio and watch the sunset on the beach and across the horizon waters, sunshine, sand, surf, scenery, and all of Maui’s first class amenities. Plenty of good restaurants and excellent shopping, shave ice and fresh island poke are just around the corner!

KIHEI IS WALKING FRIENDLY!! You will find more restaurants, beaches, shops, and services all located along the 8 mile, coastal, South Kihei Road. If you prefer driving, there is public parking at shopping areas and many beaches. Depending on your route and pace, lovely Wailea is just an approximate 5 mile, 5-15 minute drive, offering more restaurants and shops. There's no shortage of restaurants and mild energetics of beach town night life. Paia is a 15-20 minute drive, you will be going back more than once just for cookies at Mana Foods!

You want to go hiking, take a drive up to Poli Poli, check out the Surfing Goat Dairy and Ali'i Kula Lavender Farm on the way. Some island history, continue on to Ulupalakua Vineyards. The views are fantastic, as are the views on the drive back down the mountain, stop and have a bite to eat at Hali'imaile General Store, or should you try Makawao town? Don't go to the top of Haleakala at sunrise in flip flops, you'll be cold.

This perfect beachfront home offers Pacific waters approximately 50 yards from the property's lower-height beachside fence gates. The beach here is very calm year round. Water directly out front is relatively shallow for a distance, great for small children, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Beach wheelchair accessible, rentals available on island. A mild surf spot, perfect for beginner lessons is just down the beach one direction, boogie boarding is available at virtually any of the several beaches located South the other direction.

Go on a whale watching or snorkeling expedition departing North from nearby Ma'alea Harbor. Scuba diving departs South of the property at the boat ramp towards the end of S Kihei road. Fantastic Big Beach and snorkeling in Makena is just past Wailea. Don't miss the lava field drive to La Perouse and try a horseback ride at Makena stables?

Located on a residential street, the property is fully enclosed. Gate openers allow vehicular access to two on-property parking spaces. This fabulous classic Maui beach rental features an impressive interior consisting of open plan living areas, high ceilings, hardwood floors, and ceiling fans to keep you cool.

Speaking of the home itself! Spectacular floor to ceiling sliding glass doors showcase the stunning views of the tree lined beach and the sparkling Pacific Ocean. This classic beach home is decorated with warm tropical wood, neutral colors, natural fabrics, and lively splashes of colors. The well equipped kitchen contains everything you need to cook a great meal. High speed wireless internet keeps you connected with the outside world. The beach basics: beach towels, filtered water, BBQ, washer/dryer are all available.

Sliding doors on one side of the great room lead to a covered lanai overlooking the beach and an expansive County-maintained public lawn. Doors on the other side of the Great Room face the pool, opening East to a private and inviting outdoor pool area. Keep both sides open for a nice ocean breeze, or close and enjoy central a/c.

Light and airy bedrooms, nicely furnished and decorated, three have oceanfront views. The downstairs beachfront Master suite is furnished with a King size bed, ocean view, and has an en suite bath with outdoor shower. The upstairs Master suite has a King size bed, ocean view, and an en-suite bath. A Queen guest suite with ocean view is on the opposite side of the upstairs family room from the upstairs Master suite and shares an en suite bath with 2 Twin bedroom.

Beautiful home and a fantastic location.

This property is actually so much better in person than the pictures and website show. Kitchen is extremely well equipped, bedrooms have a luxurious linens and towels. The location is absolutely perfect. The beach is in your backyard. Our six-year-old grandson said "even if it costs $100 this house is worth it."
