-we just rent an house (not hotel rooms) and for that we cannot make prices on a daily schema, so a weekend (or any period shorter than a week) will have the same price as 1 full week; -during the SUMMER SEASON water, electricity and heating costs will be charged separately according to effective consumption: APPROX from €100 up €300 per week; -during the FALL, WINTER and SPRING SEASON water, electricity and heating costs will be charged separately according to effective consumption: APPROX from €300 up €600 per week; -the Refundable Security Deposit (1.000 Euro) if provided in CASH on arrival, will be reimbursed after the check out DEDUCED of the Consumable costs; if on the contrary if paid through HOME AWAY, it will be reimboursed after approx 1 week (again deduced of consumable costs). PLEASE NOTE WELL: THAT IF YOU PAY THE DEPOSIT ON-LINE (through HomeAway), APART the CONSUMABLE COSTS, there will be 35 and between 40 euro commission fees on the deposit (according to the country of the return bank transfer). You must infact know that from HomeAway we will received only 970 over the original 1.000 euro that you will give them (since HA retains 30 euro of commission for handling the money). Then our bank will keep 5-10 euro over the 970 euro to transfer the money back to you. Moreover, we cannot even return you the deposit in cash in you will be in Falcade because HomeAway always sends us money at least 7 days after your arrival and therefore (almost every time) after your departure! That is why we always recommend customers to bring the deposit in cash upon arrival!
