Vacasa - Vacation Rentals Made Easy:
Professionally managed and cleaned homes
Local assistance 24/7 for emergencies
Secure INSTANT booking
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental managementthings like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Nice short walk to the beach. Pleasant yard, and deck with partial view of Ocean. Enough parking and the garage is an added bonus.
The upstairs is bright and cute/nicely done.
Gas stove/oven (took forever to boil water). As the description says bring your own condiments. There was salt but that was about it. Plenty of dishes and glassware and storage space and an adequate supply of cooking ware (I love to cook). It was easy to work in.
We had to call for extra TP (only 1 roll), garbage bags (ditto) and dish washer soap, but as soon as I contacted the manager that was taken care of.
The downstairs room is dark and dang so don't really count on that as an extra living space. We used it more just to leave our beach shoes etc. before going upstairs. The bathroom off that room is very nice.
The house has a restriction of only 6 people on the property. Be sure to note that.
All and all we liked the location and the upper portion of the house. Easy access to beach and drive to grocery store. We probably won't stay there again given all the properties to choose from, but I would recommend it to a friend. Oh, and it is pet friendly if you ask. Big bonus for us.
The customer service was really good.
House was ok. Nice view of ocean and close to beach. Stairs were a little steep for small dogs
Beautiful view, deer came by to visit, great location!
As a business owner myself i hate to do negative reviews but a family beach trip isnt fun when everyone is upset about the house. My family all had the same reaction when walking in...OH MY GOODNESS! To start, we walk in and the garage is loaded with junk. Once you walk upstairs the furniture and flooring is very old. The oven would not close all the way and took 20min to heat, the gas stove top had only two working eyes, no garbage bags in the entire house, huge piece if gum on my headboard, and it was advertised with cable and there isn't any.
Pots and pans provided were very old and most either had dust or hair in them. We went to the store and purchased a few to use. The inconvenience of the stairs to get into the home was a pain. If you have elderly with you they won't be able to go up and down. Steep stairs located the second u walk into the front door. The carpets in the living room have deep yellow stains on the bottom of them. The home is very old and has many turn offs. We called the number to get some help with stuff and nobody answered. We pretty much ate out daily because we didn't want to use the kitchen.
The only highlight was the newly remodeled bathroom in the lower level next to the garage.
For the price and location, the house served our needs. It was a short walk to the beach which was convenient, but we had to drive into town for any other activities/amenities.
Quiet little area where 5 deer stayed on property much of our stay. Close to water with a good view. Entering the home is a very steep long flight of stairs. Once upstairs this cozy 3 bedroom invites relaxation. One room has a great view of the ocean for extra private relaxation. Just a short little walk to the great beach.
