This oceanview, dog-friendly house in Lincoln City has it all! If you're craving a relaxed but fun beach trip, look no further than this beautiful three-bedroom house.
Nestled in the quieter Roads End neighborhood on the north side of town, you'll be just a couple blocks from easy beach access and within a mile of grocery stores, restaurants, and activities including a casino and golf course. This home includes parking spots for as many as six small cars, including two spots in the garage.
Walk into this house and admire the seashell collection and ocean views through the windows. The main level offers an open, well-stocked kitchen and a dining room table and breakfast bar where everyone can sit down for a family-style meal together.
Relax on the sofa while gazing at the ocean, or flip on the TV and watch some cable or a favorite movie on the DVD/Blu-ray or VCR players. There's also WiFi available for your convenience, as well as board games, plus a wood-burning fireplace to keep everyone extra cozy.
This house is a perfect size for six guests. Three bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed, and there's a sofabed also available for flexible sleeping options. The bathroom on the main floor offers a shower, and downstairs is a reading nook with books and a TV, plus a second full bathroom with a jetted bathtub.
Outside is a spacious deck, and there is also a gas grill you can roll out from the garage to whip up a casual meal. Kids and dogs (two dogs are allowed with a nightly fee) will love to run around the landscaped yard, though you could also borrow the croquet set or take one of the kites or beach chairs down to the beach.
Along with the beautiful stretches of sandy beach, Lincoln City provides everything you need in terms of convenience. Including museums, antique stores, art galleries, delicious restaurants, golf, and a casino, everyone will find something to love here. Go boating or fishing on Devils Lake, or set out on a scenic trip south along the highway to explore nearby coastal towns.
However you prefer to spend your beach trip, The Dream Catcher will ensure everyone's comfortable, happy, and ready to seize the day!

About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental managementthings like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Lots of space with good views
Although this is an older property that has older cabinet, with some remodeling, we loved our time here. There are ocean views which, while they are over other homes, are still nice to view from the chairs & sofas in the living room.
The wi-fi is a great feature here, and an essential one since there was no cellular phone service for any of us - it's in a small cellular "dead zone." If you walk a block toward the beach, you will get service if you need it temporarily. Of course, if you have an iPhone and are sending iMessage texts to other iPhone owners, this isn't an issue.
Having three queen beds was really nice - all the rooms are well-appointed with two of the bed mattresses being firmer and the third being fairly soft.
One feature we all enjoyed - unexpectedly - was the Jacuzzi in the downstairs bathroom. Almost everyone used it at some point to have a nice, long soak and they all loved it.
I highly recommend this property and would eagerly return if we have a larger group that needs this amount of space.
We were pleased with the home we chose to stay in plenty of room for all.
The beach was a very easy walk or drive we had a great time at the beach.
This house worked out well for our family get together -- we enjoyed our stay. One family brought their dog so it was nice to find a house that was the right size for us and allowed dogs. The location was very convenient to the beach access and easy to find.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at The Dream Catcher!
The steep stairs from the entryway to the main floor can be troublesome for the elderly or people with bad knees. The view is beautiful, neighborhood seems safe, just a short walk from the beach. Overall we enjoyed our stay at The Dream Catcher!
Great Location - Nice Older House - But, not recommended for anyone with physical limitations.
The location is about as good as it gets in Lincoln City! The house is older but has been well maintained. Furnishing are also older but taken care of. All appliances worked great and the layout was nice for preparation of food. Nice fireplace. Nice view from deck. Bedrooms are all about same size and comfortably arranged around living area. Small pull-out couch sleeping area next to garage has a huge bathroom with large jetted tub. Only drawback is the steep single flight of steps from entry to the top level (living and commons area). Anyone with physical impairments like knee, leg, back or ankle problems should probably not consider this property. We will stay here again.
Great little house for a family gathering BUT....
Beware of the stairs up to the main living area. They are very steep and we would not recommend them for seniors or anyone with any type of physical limitation.
View is pretty good from the main living area and with all the windows open there is great ventilation.
Barbecue grill on the deck, washer and dryer in the garage. Soaking tub in the downstairs bathroom but not on the main floor where the 3 bedrooms are.
