Super awesome studio right in the middle of the best neighborhood in Denver - City Park! This 3rd floor walkup studio apartment has parking included! Air conditioned, free WiFi. You'll love the details in this homey pad. Cozy - only 300sf, but everything you'll need is right here! Fully outfitted with super comfortable queen size bed, new crisp clean linens, down comforter, four fluffy pillows! Kitchen is ready with pots, pans, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, dishes, wine glasses, coffee mugs, silverware! I've included wine opener, can opener, potato peeler, tons of spatulas and cooking gear.
A solid wood drop leaf dining table opens to a larger round table and has two comfortable faux suede padded chairs, plus there's a comfortable and stylish cherry red chair from IKEA in which to relax...
Original, vintage jazz albums have been framed and displayed throughout.
Bathroom features an original cast iron, clawfoot tub in bright red! You'll find natural shower products - shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Enjoy!
Fluffy clean towels, washcloths and hand towels too.
Window a/c unit cools off the entire apartment, plus windows open to enjoy the cool Denver nights.
Although we keep the apartment clean, fresh and adorable, this is a 100+ year old building with quirks and you're seeking a Marriott experience, I'm afraid this is not for you!
LONG TERM GUESTS (7+ DAYS): We are happy to have you! You'll be provided with tea, bath products and cleaning supplies so you clean the apartment during your stay. If you'd like a second set of clean sheets and towels I will be happy to provide them; you can launder these linens during your stay as needed. (Coin op laundry on premises).

My daughter and I spent 2 nights over Thanksgiving and we loved it. Small and cozy, parking and perfect location. I was able to walk through the park and to quaint coffee shops in the mornings and easily navigate the city from our location. We definitely will plan on staying again.
Great location, perfect size for two
Small studio but clean & cozy for two adults. Great location with a park, grocery stores, restaurants/bars in walking distance. The shower is in a claw foot tub and very small so the plastic curtain liner would cling to me which was my only complaint- however there's really no other option and the curtains at least were clean!
Cindy was very responsive to my emails and I appreciate she didn't bother us during our stay (no offense! I hope to meet you some time :) but from our experience, some hosts can be a little too involved with their guests!)
Overall a great stay and we hope to return soon! Thank you!
Good location, very quiet.
Great location - we were able to walk to family we were visiting. Close to restaurants. Building was very quiet during entire stay. The only reservation I would have in booking this place again would be the bed. The mattress was old and worn, which made sleeping more than an hour at a time during the night very difficult. Five nights of this - I can't wait to get home.
Hi thanks for the review.
I'm sorry you found the bed uncomfortable - most of my reviews (on Air B N B give great praise for the comfy bed and the apartment in general.
Sorry it wasn't a good fit for you.
Would of gave all stars if the shower worked
The space was perfect for a long weekend vacation. The biggest downside is the shower there was no pressure whatsoever and it would go from freezing to burning hot within a matter of seconds. Needless to say we weren't able to take showers which was rough since we take them daily at home.
Great Location! with Parking!
We had a nice time staying here. This apartment has everything that we needed for our stay. It was walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We had planned to walk down to do some touristy stuff, but never made it, so I don't know if it was really walking distance or not. I do wish there was a tv in the unit. There is so many things to do in Denver I can definitely see how you wouldn't need one, but I'd still like a tv before bed. There is really good wi-fi. The parking is great. It did fill up one of the nights we came back. But we parked next to it and moved it in the am. The unit is on the 3rd floor, which i didnt know before renting, but it was fine. The building is older and not modernized at all, which was fine with us until it came time to shower. The shower was awful. The water didn't stay at one temperature, and at one point got scorching hot. We both managed to shower but it took double the time it would normally take. One day we couldn't take it, and we went to shower at my Aunt's airbnb in Commerce City. Honestly I would've given this place more stars, if it wasn't for the shower. The building is old looking, but it is clean and has all the things you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The 7 eleven is right next to where you park. Super convenient! Short drive to Union Station, and all the shopping areas. Overall it was a nice stay, and we'd rent again if the shower gets updated.
Cute, but lacking
The apartment is small and cozy. There is an air conditioning unit in the kitchen which we ran frequently. The bedroom was less stuffy once we received a fan we requested. It was also surprising that no screens were in the windows. Our oven didn't work, but was fixed the day after we contacted management.
The biggest problem was the shower, which was down to a trickle and unusable at times . The owner told us water pressure is dependent on usage in the building. Whatever the case, the pressure and temperature was unpredictable and inconsistent throughout our five day stay. Also, the toilet and tub configuration might be tricky for some less agile to get in and out of the shower.
We had a great time, but felt it appropriate to mention these issues. Thanks to Molly and Cindy for addressing what they could while we were there. Denver is a great city, and I can't wait to go back!
