Although we keep the apartment clean, fresh and adorable, this is a 100+ year old building with quirks and you're seeking a Marriott experience, I'm afraid this is not for you!
LONG TERM GUESTS (7+ DAYS): We are happy to have you! You'll be provided with tea, bath products and cleaning supplies so you clean the apartment during your stay. If you'd like a second set of clean sheets and towels I will be happy to provide them; you can launder these linens during your stay as needed. (Coin op laundry on premises).

The space was perfect for a long weekend vacation. The biggest downside is the shower there was no pressure whatsoever and it would go from freezing to burning hot within a matter of seconds. Needless to say we weren't able to take showers which was rough since we take them daily at home.
We had a nice time staying here. This apartment has everything that we needed for our stay. It was walking distance to many restaurants and bars. We had planned to walk down to do some touristy stuff, but never made it, so I don't know if it was really walking distance or not. I do wish there was a tv in the unit. There is so many things to do in Denver I can definitely see how you wouldn't need one, but I'd still like a tv before bed. There is really good wi-fi. The parking is great. It did fill up one of the nights we came back. But we parked next to it and moved it in the am. The unit is on the 3rd floor, which i didnt know before renting, but it was fine. The building is older and not modernized at all, which was fine with us until it came time to shower. The shower was awful. The water didn't stay at one temperature, and at one point got scorching hot. We both managed to shower but it took double the time it would normally take. One day we couldn't take it, and we went to shower at my Aunt's airbnb in Commerce City. Honestly I would've given this place more stars, if it wasn't for the shower. The building is old looking, but it is clean and has all the things you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The 7 eleven is right next to where you park. Super convenient! Short drive to Union Station, and all the shopping areas. Overall it was a nice stay, and we'd rent again if the shower gets updated.
The apartment is small and cozy. There is an air conditioning unit in the kitchen which we ran frequently. The bedroom was less stuffy once we received a fan we requested. It was also surprising that no screens were in the windows. Our oven didn't work, but was fixed the day after we contacted management.
The biggest problem was the shower, which was down to a trickle and unusable at times . The owner told us water pressure is dependent on usage in the building. Whatever the case, the pressure and temperature was unpredictable and inconsistent throughout our five day stay. Also, the toilet and tub configuration might be tricky for some less agile to get in and out of the shower.
We had a great time, but felt it appropriate to mention these issues. Thanks to Molly and Cindy for addressing what they could while we were there. Denver is a great city, and I can't wait to go back!
Loved the charm of the room and building, the location and size. It was perfect for me traveling alone and felt safer as it was on the 3rd floor. Cindy was awesome as well, thank you for making it feel like a home instead of a hotel.
Cozy little studio apartment in a great location at a great price. Within easy walking distance of everything: City Park, restaurants (I highly recommend Bourbon Grill on Colfax), independent book store, record shop, movie theater, live music venues, etc. Cindy sent me a text soon after check-in to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and addressed my one concern quickly and with great courtesy. I would definitely stay here again.
In the heart of Denver! Walk to restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, galleries. Public transportation on Colfax just steps away! Just 2 miles to Convention Center, downtown, 16th St Mall. Just a few blocks to zoo, museums, Botanic Gardens, City Park, Denver Mint, Denver Art Museum. Near St. Joseph's, Kaiser, Pres-St. Luke's Medical Campus as well as Jewish National Hospital.
