We are centrally located in downtown Toronto's safe Annex neighbourhood, in a quiet home. 5 minutes walking to the University of Toronto campus. This delightful private Studio welcomes travelers whether here for business, research, music, theater or vacations to stay in my home.

Arrival: The schedule can be arranged in advanced as to the best arrival times because of my clinic. I book the 3:30 to 4 o’clock window for guest arrivals. And am most often at home during the day as I have a morning clinic as well as a mid-afternoon to early evening clinic. It is best to let me know your expected arrival time so I can make arrangements for you arrival if the 3:30 pm is not suitable. Check out: is at 11 am.
Parking: For long-term stays it is recommended that you acquire City of Toronto Parking Permit. They are approximately $22 for 7 nights. In addition, various parking lots (open and covered) available 5 to 10 minute walk to Huron and Bloor Streets.
No Need for a car!
We are at a transportation hub: 3 subway stops,St George St, Spadina, and Dupont Stops with bus and rail car hubs 5 minutes walking. University of Toronto, Museums, theater, restaurants and shops all with in
5 to 20 minutes on foot.
Located in the beautiful Annex, one of Toronto's most friendly, vibrant nieghbourhood only a short walk to all amenities: bakery, health food, coffee, grocery, and book shops, as well as banks, restaurants, pharmacy, spas, hair salons, churches, ashrams, temples, yoga studios, fitness center with salt-water pool, pubs, bars, dancing, and more.
Toronto is amazing and The Annex is possibly the best neighbourhood in the city, both for its proximity to much the city has to offer; University of Toronto campus, Bloor St which is the local High Street, with pubs, nightclubs, movie,rep theatres, Varsity multiplex, The Hot Docs documentary cinema, Tarragon Theatre, The Royal Ontario Museum, Bata Shoe Museum, The Royal Conservatory of Music, Koerner Hall, Spadina House/Historical Museum, and Casa Loma to name a few!
Many of TO’s great city neighborhoods’ are within walking distance too such as Yorkville, Kensington Market, Chinatown, Koreatown and Little Italy. A Foodies Heaven! The location can't be beat, and literally a 7 minute walk to all 3 subway stations: St. George, Dupont and Spadina.

About the Host: I have run ‘A Woman’s Guest Room’ business for 17 years now on the upper floor of my home. And now offer co- ed accommodation in my lower apartment and now this studio apartment. I love to host people from around the world, I welcome gay and lesbian travelers and love meeting new people, while at the same time I understand privacy. I am passionate about green living, preventive health, and am a Registered Massage Therapist. I have a Massage Therapy practice in house as well as keeping an organic garden spring through to the fall. I am passionate about the arts, dance, theatre, film and am eager to provide you with directions, places to see and things to do here in the city. You are invited to book a Hot Stone, Relaxation massage or a more Specific neck or low back treatment or a seasoned travelers anti jet lag treatment to land in TO right here in my home clinic while you are here! I love my home dearly and take good care of it.

My Interaction with Guests: Aside from the usual greetings, I help my guests get situated, set up with the Toronto information they require. After orientation, with maps etc. & showing them the the apartment care information. When time permits and people are willing & able many wonderful conversations ensue! This is a private unit and if there are any questions I can be reached by phone or email as I am close by!
I have made my home in Toronto, love to travel, garden, see the arts and meet new people. So much so that I have a fun rental called 'A Woman's Guest Room' in The Annex in central downtown Toronto. Anne's Registered Massage Therapy is Treatments can be booked for your stay in my clinic! Now I invite both male and female travelers to my subterranean rooms with shared kitchen and washroom as well as this the self contained studio apartment.
I love the Edwardian Style and solidity not to mention the Location, location, location! Close to the university, museums & Toronto's Cultural Corridor! My Organic Kitchen garden is my passion!
Booking a spa massage treatment in my clinic and soaking in the claw foot tub afterwards! Sit on the front porch swing and watch the world go by.

The your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days prior to you first nights stay. All Refunds are subject to the refund fees including $35 Canadian plus all transaction charges charged by the service providers. The property is non-smoking & self catering. Laundry is pay per use. The noise rules are such that it is Quiet is between 11PM and 8AM.
