Oak Island Harbour Villa Rental Photos and Description

4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, sleeps 8 adults and 2 infants. Pool, high speed Wifi.

Villa Dorada is one of eight villas that we have available for rental and the perfect option for your vacation in the Central Florida area. For more information see www.luxvillaorlando.com or you can call me on +34 659 579 265 or via Skype, my Skype name is stephenward1107.

Villa Dorada is a luxury air conditioned four bedroom vacation home on Oak Island just 3 miles from Disneyworld, and only 15 minutes from Seaworld and Universal. Villa Dorada is on the small Oak Island Harbor development, which is a subdivision of Formosa Gardens. This home is as good as it gets and is fantastic value!

After an exciting day at Disney, it's great to have to drive just a few minutes back to your luxury home and relax. Chill out by the pool, take a soak in the hot tub or shoot pool in the air conditioned games room! It's near enough to return home at lunchtime before heading out to another theme park or just relaxing by the pool.

Ultra high speed wireless internet covers the entire house at no extra charge.

Villa Dorada extends over 2,200 sq ft with a massive 400 sq ft luxury master suite on the first floor, overlooking the pool deck, with walk in closet, 50 inch TV and huge en suite bathroom.

There are top quality mattresses and bedding in all of the bedrooms, and TVs in each bedroom with a 55 inch flat screen TV and an Xbox 360 in the main living area. There are ceiling fans in every bedroom to help keep you cool during the hot summer nights.

For those who prefer to eat inside there is a formal dining table which seats eight and another table in the breakfast nook also seats four. There are also stools if you prefer to sit up at the breakfast bar.

Another option is to eat outside where there is a dining table and chairs, alongside the hot tub.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all you could possible require with plenty of pots and pans, tableware and glasses for inside and outdoor use.

We offer free phone calls to the US and Canada.

There is a large enclosed private pool which can be heated if you wish. Pool heat is recommended between October and April.

Villa Dorada has everything you could possibly need for a great family vacation.

This luxurious four bedroom and three bathroom vacation rental home offers spacious accommodation for up to 10 people. It is located in the popular Kissimmee area, an ideal location for Disney and the other attractions, and is just moments away from Golf, Fishing, Shops and Restaurants. The nearest shops and restaurants are within walking distance.

The living area in this villa is mainly tiled. Two family rooms have large comfortable sofas, and a wall mounted 55 inch TV for you to enjoy. The downstairs Queen bedrooms has its own bathroom. Two first floor twin bedrooms share a bathroom. Plenty of towels are provided for your use.

The games room is well equipped with a high quality slate bed pool tables, table football, an exercise bike and weights.

The south - west facing pool is accessed via the family room.

A covered lanai with table and chairs is perfect for al fresco dining or for those who prefer to sit in the shade. The hot tub is also under cover. The large pool is ideal for a swim or you can sunbathe on the pool deck where there are plenty of chairs and loungers. Pool heat is available on request and is recommended between October and April.

Just a short drive down Highway 192 leads to the entry to Disneyworld. The attractions of the Magic Kingdom are known globally.

Before you know it you are walking down Main Street and deciding whether to head off towards Frontierland (Big Thunder Mountain and Splash Mountain), or Tomorrowland for a quick whirl around Space Mountain.

If you have younger children (or like us a daughter who suddenly becomes a 'young child' on arrival at the Magic Kingdom) then no doubt the first port of call will be Fantasyland and a sedate boat trip on Its a Small World.

Hollywood Studios is the easiest park to get to being just two minutes from leaving Highway 192. Head off to Aerosmith and pick up a Fast Pass for Tower of Terror.

Epcot takes two or three visits to even begin to appreciate all it has to offer. Soarin´ in the Land Pavilion is worth the inevitable long queue. Then its the leisurely boat ride through the Greenhouses.

As in the rest of DisneyWorld if you have your iPhone or Blackberry with you free Wifi will enable you to catch up with your e mails whilst in the line. Not a good idea however whilst riding Test Track or Mission Space!

The mile and a half walk around the World Showcases will take at least half a day. Enjoy Fish and Chips in the United Kingdom Showcase and wander around the Twinings Tea Garden.

The 360 degree cinema shows in the Canadian and French Showcases are fantastic. Watch out for the shows that may be on at the theater in front of the America Showcase, they are truly amazing and not to be missed.

If you fancy some haute cuisine then head off to France, well the Showcase anyway. Taste the best of French wines en route.

Animal Kingdom is a wonderful place. Watch out for the Yeti on Everest and don´t miss the Lion King show. Cool down in the Congo rapids and wander around 'Africa'.

Seaworld is a more leisurely day out, the Blue Horizons show is incredible. If you want something exciting ride Kraken and cool off on Atlantis.

Universal Studios again needs a few visits to appreciate all it has to offer. See how your score rates on Men in Black and consider auditioning for Fear Factor.

If you are into Harry Potter then you will love Islands of Adventure. Even if you are not then the Hulk and Spiderman will have you well entertained. Get soaked on the Bilge Barges and get more soaked on Dudleys Ripsaw falls!

If you have any interest at all in science then a trip to Kennedy Space Center is a must. Space Shuttle Atlantis forms the centrepiece of a new display area in 2013 and the Shuttle Experience is a realistic simulation of what it was like at launch.

There is a choice of bus tours including one which takes you just a few feet from the launchpad which was used for the Apollo missions and later on for the Shuttle itself. Then its on to to see a real Saturn 5 rocket and to walk the length of it (its horizontal of course!) is amazing. Then you can enjoy a bite to eat sitting directly under a Lunar module.

Oak Island is in Osceola County which has many golf courses, the nearest being Mystic Dunes which is literally two minutes by car or just a ten minute stroll away. This 18 hole championship course offers an unprecedented golf experience, a dunes-style western nine similar to a British links course and an eastern nine of low American classic wandering through wetlands and oak forests. This course was rated 4 star and ranked number 2 in 'Orlando's Top 5 Golf Courses'.

A ten minute drive takes you to Champions Gate International and National 18 hole courses both designed by Greg Norman. The International provides a British links-style experience and the national is traditional American style. It's next to here you will also find the David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

A fifteen minute drive and you could be in the Celebration Golf Club rated 4.5 stars and in the top 3 in central Florida for service and in the top two for course conditions in Golf Digests 'Best Places to Play'.

We have a friendly and helpful management company on call 24 hours a day who will be pleased to assist in making your stay memorable and trouble free.

So if this particular home is not what you are looking for do e mail us as we may have other options for you to consider.

We do all we can to respond to inquiries as quickly as we can and a prompt service extends until and during your vacation.

Stephen Ward purchased this villa in 2014

Why Stephen Ward chose Kissimmee

Villa Dorada is so close to Disney you can hear the fireworks! This home is immaculate with a huge master bedroom suite that will take your breath away.

What makes this villa unique

There are two lounge areas with leather sofas. We have made sure that the home is fully equipped right down to the detail of a baby monitor and wine aerator !

The key benefit though is how quick it is to get to Disney, just three miles away!

A great Villa with everything you will need for a fantastic Disney holiday

  • 5 of 5

We found the villa beautifully presented and immaculately clean. The key code worked straight away and the security alarm was easy to work too.

The villa is air conditioned throughout and a lovely escape from the Florida heat!

The Villa has everything you will need including lots of bath and pool towels, extra bedding, ponchos, toys for the pool, push chairs and plastic glasses/cups/plates you can use around the pool.

The villa is located in a very quiet area and we only heard people from other villas once or twice the entire time that we were there. It is perfectly located for trips to Disney – MK is the furthest away around 15/20 minutes and AK is about 6 mins. We sat in the hot tub a couple of nights and saw the lasers and glows from the fireworks at Hollywood Studios.

We had a slight issue with the sliding doors leading to the pool; we found them very difficult to open. We contacted the maintenance company and they were there within the hour and the problem was solved! The doors opened easily after that.

We’ve never been on a villa holiday before so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, or what to take with me, so I’d like to take this opportunity to write a little shopping list of things that I would bring with me next time. The villa provided us with a sponge and four dishwasher tablets to get you started. However, it’s hard to find ‘small’ packets or bottles of anything in America. Therefore, I’d recommend bringing enough dishwasher tablets for your stay (1 a day – it’s a big dishwasher). Also bring a small bottle of washing up liquid and/or something to spray the benches with to keep them clean. Bring some washing liquid for the washing machine if you intend to do some washing. The washer and dryer are fantastic by the way! Finally, I’d recommend bringing some fly spray. Bugs were not a big issue but the villa is in Florida which has a tropical climate so I think it’s always best to be prepared!

Its location for supermarkets/restaurants is excellent. We used Uber a couple of times to go out for food and they never cost more than $6! Within a very close proximity there is a Red Lobster, Outback Steak house, Taco Bell, Target, Dennys, LongHorns, Ihop and many gift shops – everything you will need.

Stephen and the management company were easy and professional to deal with and happy to help with any problems. I would stay in this villa again without hesitation and cannot recommend it enough!

Excellent base for an Orlando stay. Villa was first class everything you need for a perfect holiday. Stephen the owner was so easy to deal with and always at hand when required. We have holidayed in Kissimmee for 25 years and this Villa was our favourite. The master bedroom is amazing and great games room gave my boys hours of fun. Thanks Stephen we will see you again soon. Fantastic villa, convenient location and beautiful

  • 5 of 5

When arriving at the property and walking through the front door it definitely has that wow factor with its high ceilings. It is beautifully decorated and modern. The master bedroom is huge and has a brilliant en suite bathroom. The themed kids bedroom was lovely too and my daughter enjoyed the princess bedding. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need. The pool area is lovely and we especially enjoyed the hot tub. The fact that the pool isn't south facing wasn't an issue for us as we were out at the parks early in the morning. It is a brilliant location, close to all the parks but with local amenities and restaurants nearby too. We can't fault the villa at all, anything that we needed we had a very fast response from the owner. Just a shame we couldn't have stayed longer! Thanks

Great family vacation home! Terrific location!

  • 5 of 5

Our family enjoyed the stay/vacation at this property. The home is nicely decorated and very clean. I would highly consider staying here again or at another property owned by this owner. The only thing we had trouble with was how heavy the door to the pool was to open and close. If it's due to safety then I'm all for it. I would like to see new washer for doing laundry that didn't take so long for a cycle to complete. It was an hour and a half to wash a load. Dryer was great. Pool was beautiful and very clean. This home was exactly like the photos and we were pleased with our stay. We're already looking forward to next year's vacation!

Awesome place ..great time!

  • 5 of 5

The house is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. We had a great time and would recommend this house. My only issue was we wished we could turn off the pool alarm. Our kids were older so we did not need this feature. Other than that it's a beautiful home! Thank you!!

Owner's Response: Delighted to hear you had a great time ! The pool alarms are required by State Law and are of course an essential safety feature.

Villa Dorada is on Oak Island Cove which is a subdivision of Formosa Gardens. A few minutes away is Formosa Gardens Shopping Village with a supermarket, gift shops and a good selection of restaurants including TGI Fridays, Outback Steak House and Red Lobster, together with Chinese and Italian restaurants.

Nearby Rolling Oaks Common is home to a SuperTarget supermarket, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, Panera Bread, Sweet Tomatoes, Logans, Texas Roadhouse, Joes Crab Shack, Bonefish Grill, Orlando Ale House and Applebees..

There is a nearby Publix Supermarket and a Super Wal-Mart is a few minutes away.

Easy access to Disneyworld, Universal, Islands of Adventure and Seaworld are complemented by the relative proximity to Busch Gardens ( about an hour) and Kennedy space Center, also just an hour away.

Nearer to home you can visit a small zoo on the nearby Ponciana Boulevard just 20 minutes from Villa Dorada.

Just over an hour will get you to Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast and not much more than that will get you to the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico coast.

The Kissimmee area has a large number of lakes and is world renowned for its largemouth bass fishing. Kissimmee is home to the upper Kissimmee Chain of Lakes, which is comprised of East Lake Tohopekaliga, West Lake Toho, Cypress Lake, Lake Hatchineha, and the largest lake in the chain, Lake Kissimmee. These lakes have approximately 80,000 acres of fishable waters and contain some of the largest bass found in the world.

For most however Villa Dorada is the ideal location for a vacation because of its location so near to Disneyworld.

Just a five minute drive leads you to the entry to Disneyworld.

The attractions of the Magic Kingdom are known globally.

Before you know it you are walking down main street and deciding whether to head off towards frontierland (big thunder mountain and splash mountain), or tomorrowland for a quick whirl around space mountain.

Epcot is recommended for you to make two or three visits to appreciate all it has to offer. Soarin´ in the land pavillion is worth the inevitable long queue. Then its the leisurely boat ride through the greenhouses where you can see strawberries growing downwards!

As in the rest of Disneyworld if you have your iphone or blackberry with you free wifi will enable you to catch up with your e mails whilst in the line. Not a good idea however whilst riding test track or mission space!

The mile and a half walk around the epcot world showcases will take at least half a day. Enjoy fish and chips in the United Kingdom showcase and wander around the twinings tea garden.

Numerous numerous restaurants are then just a short drive away from Villa Luja. Outback is our favourite.....
