Large 3 story townhouse with 2 car garage & boat/RV garage. This unit has 2 master suites, one with Jacuzzi tub. A balcony off each master suite compliments the spacious deck. The guest room & bath are on the second floor along with one master suite while the other master suite is located on the third floor. TVs in every room and all have large closets. Full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Gas grill on the deck completes the gourmet kitchen. There is also a loft with couch and Big Screen TV on the third floor. Adjacent to the kitchen is a sitting area and dining area. All the luxury of a detached home with all the conveniences of condominium living.

Peterson's Waterfront has all the amenities you could need. Pool & hot tub on site as well as tennis courts and basketball court. And just a short walk to downtown Chelan's restaurants, bars & shopping.

Close to the water. Well kept up condo. Fun family getaway!

The property was a great location. We loved the easy access to the water and having a hot tub and pool was a great addition. Our only complaint would be other guests. We found that owners of other condos made us feel second rate. To the point that they even sat at our table and took it over while we were in the lake... While our stuff was on the chairs and table. One was so intoxicated he tried to steal our yeti cup and drink our drinks. I believe they spend so much time there they feel that certain tables and chairs "belong" to them. They also complained constantly about the new management. If it wouldn't have been for that our trip would have been perfect. No other complaints about the place or location. We didn't let it overshadow the trip.

- dryer slow to dry towels

- owners of other condos were slightly rude, made us feel as if we weren't entitled to chairs, tables, etc

Relaxing week in Lake Chelan

Our stay at Peterson's Waterfront Townhouse was just perfect! The house is very accommodating and spacious with 2 large master suites and a 3rd large bedroom with detached bathroom. Each bedroom is separate from the others, making this house a perfect choice for families and couples. There is a family room just off the master suite on the 3rd floor with a TV that can also sleep additional guests if needed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could want for cooking at home including an outdoor grill, which we mostly did. The pool and lake area were perfect for families that want to swim and enjoy all that Lake Chelan has to offer. The townhouse is just a few blocks from town which was most convenient when we needed to run to the store. Carl was always available via email or text if we had any questions. Overall is was a lovely, relaxing week in Lake Chelan.

best spot on the lake!

we absolutely loved our stay at Peterson's Waterfront Resort unit 512. the 3 bedroom unit was plenty of space, the 3-car garage was a wonderful treat, and we especially enjoyed the patio/deck. the owner, Carl, was incredibly helpful & responsive and we loved the location of the rental because we could walk to everything we needed very easily. my only complaint is that we can't bring our beloved dog, but we can't wait to come back! thank you Carl!

This home has a great layout and wonderful amenities. The two-and-a-half story vaulted ceiling with glass Frontage makes the house feel twice as big and the deck is a great place to relax and enjoy some wine as the Sun is setting. This property is close to everything and the pool was refreshing as was the access to the lake only a few feet away
