Moab House Rental Photos and Description

Beautiful stucco four bedroom, two bath house located on 1.34 acres. Loads of parking for all your jeeps, trailers, dirt bikes and vehicles. Beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains from the front windows and the red rock cliffs of Moab Rim from the rear. This is not your standard Moab rental - which are mostly condos - you will have room to spread out here! We have a large fenced area - perfect for pets.

Located in the Spanish Valley area of Moab, you will be able to drive directly to trails but are only 7.5 miles from downtown Moab. The closest trails are located near Ken's Lake including Flat Pass - mountain biking trail - and Steel Bender - Jeep trail. You are also close to La Sal Mountain Loop Road for some great mountain and road biking in the La Sals during the hot summer months.

House is beautifully furnished and has full kitchen and great room with all the amenities including WiFi, satellite TV, fireplace, A/C, and radiant heating in floors. All floors are beautifully finished concrete.

Master bedroom has a queen bed with adjoining bath which includes a claw-foot tub and fantastic slate shower. Second bedroom contains another queen bed. Third bedroom contains a full-size bed and fourth bedroom contains two twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with satellite TV and alarm clock radios with iPod docking station. The second bath is large and fully tiled with tub and shower.

This house and the large lot worked out perfectly for our group of eight.

The house was very comfortable & spacious..

The evaporative cooler kept the house nice & cool even with triple digit outdoor temps.

The fire pit, patio, grill, & fenced in yard all made the outdoors a nice place to spend time, especially in the evenings. We had three full size trucks, all pulling large trailers, and there was plenty of room to park them off the street. You will need to trailer your off road vehicles to trail heads. Seems this is the norm for most properties in & around Moab. Just a heads up, Steel bender is close by but the local authorities don't take kindly to a sxs being driven on the street, unless your sxs is street legal. All in all, a great property and I would definitely stay here again.

Great house for good sized group in Moab!

We had a group of guys staying here to do all the great stuff that Moab has to offer such as hiking, off-roading, and rafting. The house was a perfect home base. Everything was incredibly clean. We especially loved the fire pit which was nice to relax at after a long day of being in the sun. Would definitely stay here again!

We understand why Lisa calls her home Moab Dreams.....

Our group of five adults stayed at Lisa's home for two nights, May 17 and 18. We were all thrilled with the cleanliness of Lisa's place. She provided laundry supplies, so we were able to do a couple of loads of wash. The large and inviting great room, was decorated in a southwestern theme, with comfortable couches. We even spent a little time watching the large screen TV. My husband loved the coffee maker. Dishes, sheets, towels, really everything was top quality.

I would recommend this property to anyone. It seems especially suitable for a family who wanted to visit the area, as the home has a fenced in yard with beautiful green grass. There was really no down side to this property. It was reassuring to know that the property manager was just a phone call away, and though we did not need him, he was available to come to the house if assistance was needed.

Our Moab dreams came true, because we had a delightful stay and were able to visit Arches National Park. We enjoyed breakfast at the Moab Diner, and had dinner at the Moab Brewery. Being from the east coast, Maryland, we enjoyed scenery unlike any in our area.

Beautiful House, Beautiful area, receptive owner, would rent again

We had a party of 10, 6 adults and 4 kids, for 4 days at this house in Moab for Rally on the Rocks. The house is about 3 miles south of the area so it is a bit outside of town, which was what we wanted. The area was clean and quiet, the views were spectacular, and the house was easy to get to.

We brought a few big trucks and a couple trailers with off road machines and the circular driveway was more than accomodating. The house itself sits on 1.3 acres so there is plenty of room and the space provided us the opportunity to see lizards and even a good size garter snake. There are Prarie dogs, which are protected in Utah, on the grounds so you have to be careful on one side of the house for holes. The fire pit is a nice touch and there are plenty of chairs.

Also outside is a fenced off lawn area that was great for the kids. It was nice having an area we could place a few things out of sight, plus let the kids run around in with limited supervision. We had a couple small problems with this area initially. One was the sprinklers came on mid day for some reason, and Tyson, the property manager, promptly took care of it. The other was the gate would only latch from the inside, which I forgot to tell both Tyson and Lisa about. Very minor issues.

Now the house. I loved this house. It was roomy, beautifully setup, comfortable, and has a great view from the inside. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us and plenty of sleeping. The bedrooms, especially the master, were all pretty good sized as well. The kitchen was a good size and between indoor and outdoor seating we all were able to even sit and eat meals together. Laundry facilities were on site, and supplies for the most part were pretty well stocked.

We did have a few minor issues with the grill not having any propane, a substandard job by whoever cleaned the house, and a bathroom window in the shower that needed new privacy film on it. But mistakes happen.. and the recovery is what is really the good measurement to me. I let the property manager know about the propane and he offered to swing by in 10 minutes with a new bottle, which was above my expectations.

After we left I sent Lisa, the owner, a few messages about some of the issues we had we had with the cleanliness and other minor things. She was very receptive and responsive and even refunded us a little money, which I wasn't expecting. I'm hoping we are back next year, and I highly recommend the house.

Desert beauty

We really enjoyed our stay at the Moab house. The view is amazing and the house was well equipped...even had a crock pot for one of my dinners! It is nicely decorated and close to town. I really liked the large table for family gatherings and the outdoor living space. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Great vacation property

We were a group of eight adults. Two couples and four singles. The house worked peferctly for us. Lots of elbow room for social time and eating. I had read a couple of previous reviews where people commented on dust. Considering the area, dust is virtually unavoidable. We took it upon ourselves to keep things clean as we went and it was great. Before going on the trip I had a conversation with Lisa and she was very helpful. We arrived a bit early and met up with the maintenance staff and they offered assistance if anything were to come up. The only issue we had was the wifi service was down for part of our stay. I would rent the home again.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. We have upgraded the wireless router as of April 15. We have also purchased a cordless Dyson vacuum to allow guests to easily clean.
