Beautifully decorated 3rd floor condominium with great view overlooking Gulf of Mexico, swimming pool, and state nature preserve. This wing unit is the only line that has two balconies. One is longest wrap around balcony facing Gulf and the other facing east so you can enjoy both sun rises and sun sets in the comfort of your own balconies. There is extra dining room space plus a quite back porch ideal for a pleasant breakfast or afternoon drink, while enjoying the view of Naples. Master bedroom has full beach view and second bedroom has two twin beds. The pull-out couch in the living room can also accommodate two additional people. Full kitchen with all appliances, cooking utensils and service ware is yours to enjoy. There is delicated wireless high speed Internet connection available in the unit. There are 8 tennis courts available for tennis lovers on premises which may be free of charge.

Watch abundant wildlife and fabulous sunsets all from private balcony. Take long walks down the crescent shaped white sugar sand beach or swim in the private pool. The well maintained landscaped ground include tennis courts, boat docks and workout facilities. It also has a full view of the swimming pool and good visibility of the GULF or the beach. It is also safer because it is next to the stairway, in case there is a need to evacuate from the building quickly.

Situated close to restaurants, pubs, cinemas and shopping areas. The property is close to island marina where boat rental, charter deep-sea fishing and diving is available. Renting a dock space for private boat is also available. Only 45 minutes from Southwest Florida international Airport, less than 20 minutes to downtown Naples, only one and a half hours to Miami or two and a half hours by boat to Key West.

A major 3 month renovation has just been completed in November, 2016 which started in August for the kitchen and bathrooms plus the front balcony. The kitchen now has marble look alike quartz (one level higher than granite) counter tops from Silestones Inc., shaker style slow close white cabinets, raised ceiling with LED lighting and master bathroom now has a walk in glass door shower with accented .multi-color wall tiles. The 2nd bathroom has new bathtub and new tiles around the tub to match the floor. The balcony now has new marble look alike tiles. And your family will be the first bunch to enjoy it.

This is our daughters who are a little older now. They love Marco Island and our unit especially the heated pool. We always have a hard time to convince them to leave the pool.

Misleading Photos and Descriptions

This is a good news/bad news review. The good news is that we were very pleased with the interior of the clean and spacious unit, Bruce's promptness in replies, the width of the front balcony, and the proximity to the pool although it was very crowded when we were there. The bad news is that photos misrepresent balcony views (as of 7-20-17 despite the fact that I have told Bruce twice that they should be made accurate), as do the written descriptions and reviews. Balcony photos were obviously taken from floors higher than this unit's 3rd floor level. The tiny back balcony overlooks the uncovered level of the parking garage, not Naples, a 40 minute car trip away. The front balcony looks into palm fronds and much vegetation that hides the lagoon which I didn't even realize was in there until our week was nearly over. There is a view of the pool. A narrow ribbon of the Gulf is visible, as is a small wedge of the ocean beach off to the side. No sunsets could be seen within our balcony sight line. Per a fitbit, the walk to the ocean was nearly .75 miles around the lagoon, a good 20 minute walk from the building's exit. The refrigerator is not hooked up to a water line so make or buy ice. Parking in the covered part of the garage is not allowed without a permit costing $25 (which we couldn't get Saturday because the management office was closed Saturday after 4:00, check-in time, and Sunday). Wifi was also an additional $30. Laundry is also extra. Before renting, I would definitely suggest you question Bruce as to the accuracy of photos, his description, and other reviews.

Perfect!

My family rented the condo for a week and it couldn't have been nicer! The rooms were the perfect size including a very spacious living room with lots of sun exposure . The condo also had everything we needed including beach umbrellas and beach toys. The convenience factor was great as well, 2 minutes walk to the pool , 5 minutes to the water on the beach and 5 minutes to a wonderful athletic facility with several clay tennis courts, pickleball courts and bocce, putting green and shuffleboard. Bruce the owner was attentive at the perfect times and was a pleasure to deal with.

Great Condo

My husband and I rented the condo for a week. The location was perfect with a wonderful pool and the most uncrowded area of a beautiful beach. The owner was responsive and accommodating. The condo was spacious, beautiful, and well equipped. We will certainly be back!

Lugar maravilloso para vacacionar

Rentamos esta propiedad y a pesar de que segun nos dijo el dueño va ser remodelada tengo que resaltar que el lugar estaba limpio y bien decorado tenia rodo lo necesario para unas buenas vacaciones solo dos cosas a tener en cuenta un secador de pelo y otro ventilador para el cuarto master pues a pesar de que en la madrugada refresca en la noche se siente vapor seria excelente si en la remodelacion incluyeran ventiladores de techo en los dos cuartos por lo demas todo bien sobre todo la comunicacion con el dueño Bruce hace que la estancia sea espectacular todo el tiempo al tanto de todos los detalles y el contacto con el es inmediato desde el primer contacto esta al tanto de cada detalle hemos estado ahi rentado anteriormente en apartamentos ya remodelados y nunca habiamos contactado con un dueño tan preocupado estamos feliz de haberlo contactado y aunque aun estamos reservados ya estamos planificando dejar el fondo para proximas vacaciones asi que si esta buscando tranquilidad y un lugar bonito ni pierda mas tiempo y comuniquese con Bruce y me daran la razon dios lo bendiga a el y su familia por su dedicacion y paciencia para proporcionarnos a todos unas felices vacaciones

Five Stars All Week Long!

My family stayed here for a one-week getaway. The accommodations were spacious and clean. The unit was spectacular, with the sunshine illuminating the unit in the morning through evening hours. The wrap around balcony (thankfully without a screened view) was breathtaking! The full kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pans to cook for our family of 5. The location is the best on the island; never crowded on this end of the beach. More than enough beach chairs and towels to accommodate our family. Washer and dryer on site and nice pool area. I would highly recommend and we will most certainly be back. The owner could not have been more responsive or kind! We appreciate the owners sharing their piece of paradise us!
