This gleamingly new garage apartment is set up for a good night’s sleep, outfitted with a dreamlike queen-sized Tempur-Pedic mattress and all the comforts of home including wireless Internet, ceiling fans, central air-conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. You might find it difficult to leave this bright and cheery space bathed in natural sunlight and graced with vaulted ceilings, a spacious bathroom and outdoor lounging options on the expansive wooden balcony and private fenced-in yard below. But when adventure calls, you couldn’t pick a better launching pad.
Sitting just north of the Austin’s urban core, Crestview is bordered by Wooten and West Anderson lane to the north, Allandale and Burnet road to the west, Brentwood and Justin Lane to the south and historic Hyde Park and North Lamar boulevard to the east. Drive a few minutes north to peruse a hundred upscale and mainstream retail shops sprinkled throughout the Domain, head south down Burnet Road to drink and dine at a smattering of local hotspots or venture east to explore the eclectic charms flourishing in Hyde Park.
You won’t get any closer to experiencing Austin like a local than by renting this fabulous garage apartment in the heart of Crestview where restful nights and fun-filled days await.

Beautifully designed and finished over-garage apartment. Very modern, everything provided (washer and dryer in unit), excellent closet space. Very responsive management. Right off Anderson Lane, so a fair amount of traffic noise during the day, but quite noise-tight generally.
Very close to restaurants and shopping, Starbucks a couple of minutes away, and more sophisticated shopping and entertainment just a few minutes away. Major hospitals and medical care nearby. Older neighborhood but nice for walking. Good access to downtown Austin via city streets so it's possible to avoid driving on Loop 1 (also called Mopac) a major congested north/south freeway.

We had a great week at the very nice "tree house" in Austin. This is a terrific location with many things within striking distance. We enjoyed this clean, modern, home with all the amenities that made our visit to Austin comfortable. We specifically appreciated the cleanliness of the entire home and the comfortable bed. The newly renovated property gave us the best of all worlds, reasonable price and modern amenities.
Tiffany's garage apartment can't be beat! It's easily accessible and there is parking. She has taken great care in all the sweet little details of this home. It's a new renovation, that is super fresh, clean and modern. If I lived in Austin, I would totally want to rent this cozy spot long term! The bed and couch are very comfy. The closet space was welcomed for dresses and what not. The bathroom is spacious and the shower was wonderful! I really loved that the deck had a rocking chair and loveseat to enjoy the Austin weather. She even sectioned off her backyard to give the garage apartment it's own little space! I thought that was another little sweet detail that most wouldn't have thought of. Tiffany was also a great host, very timely in responses and even checked in to make sure everything was working out for us! The local coffee shop Genuine Joe's was just the cherry on top! Great coffee and breakfast tacos!

The property is cosy, VERY comfortable bed, well furnished, I found all what I could for cooking.
Great bathroom, cool dressing. This apartment is really very nice and all what we could need for one person or a couple.
I don't provide the 5 stars only because I was very surprise to not find some coffee, at least for ONE cup of coffee the first morning, no salt, no sugar, no pepper, oil, vinegar.... You really to buy every single basis in order to cook and think to bring your own coffee with you in case you're landing late like me, it'll offer a better start for the day !
We booked Tiffany's garage apartment for my parents during a recent stay and they could not have been more pleased. The unit is bright, beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably constructed and equipped. Before my parents arrived we worried slightly about the proximity to Anderson and possible road noise but the unit is so well-finished there is absolutely no exterior noisen at all. The kitchen provided everything my dad needed to cook. They raved about the tempurpedic bed and were very happy to have a washing machine there when they needed it. They loved being able to walk to grab basics at the market next door, and enjoyed the pizza nearby from EastSide pies. On a busy traffic evening, it was a blessing to be just a few blocks from nicer restaurants like Fork and Vine and not have to fight traffic to get right downtown. I personally loved visiting and sinking into the large, comfy sofa. We didn't specifically need Tiffany for anything because she had provided everything we needed but she provided all the details to get in touch with her if we needed to.
A perfect unit for 2 and as another reviewer said, easily provides finish and features you'd find in a unit twice the cost, and in a great location on the growing burnet and anderson corridor. Highly recommended. My parents will be happy to stay here again when they return!
