Private home on quiet street built in 1920.Its a small old house and has beautiful bay windows, large bedroom and large bathroom. There is no full kitchen to cook but we have appliances for making coffee, toaster and refrigerator in a small room .
Astoria is known for its diverse cultures in the community and its proximity to NYC is super convenient. It is centrally located in between airports and NYC. The R train to NYC (10 minute ride)is located around the corner from the home. This Metro station is safe and operates all night and day.
Great restaurants,cafes,bakery's,pharmacy and Organic Market all walking distance. Also walking distance you can visit the Museum of Moving Image, Frank Sinatra School of Music and Art for a concerts.There is a Greek restaurant- Cavo and there's also music there for dancing, Kickshaw for coffee and a Lite Bites eatery for salads, Queens comfort for artisian coffee /Brunch all walking distance.
In the heart of Astoria on 30th Avenue theres many cafes such as Grand Cafe, Flo Cafe for people watching. Theres a great Irish pub called Cronins and numerous restaurants below 44th and Broadway.

Gladys or Bobby Caposio purchased this house in 1983
Centrally located near Manhattan and AIrports. There are stores open 24 hours a night and a pharmacy. The train to NY City is around the corner from the house.
Astoria is safe and the house is located on a quiet block.
Our hosts were incredible, they looked after everything. It was an excellent stay and Gladys was just awesome. Thanks again.
