A key piece of information left out of the description (and all communications from the rental company): this house only allows three cars, and one of those has to park all the way down the hill. If you show up with more than 3 cars (because who rents a house for 12 people and only brings 3 cars?), you'll be having words with the Sea Ranch security staff. They reserve the right to boot your car, but they actually just made us drive our extra cars to their overflow/impound lot a few miles away and lock them in for the weekend. They didn't charge us anything, but it was a pretty big pain -- if we knew in advance, we could've rented a couple of vans so we'd all fit into fewer vehicles and avoid the whole mess.
Overall the house was great for a big group, with tons of space and a ridiculous number of beds. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans, but the refrigerator was weirdly small for a house with so many beds. We had to do some serious fridge tetris.
We loved the USF house--lots of different spaces for sleeping, very well maintained, and a beautiful setting. Couldn't have asked for more.
