Overall, we had a very nice, comfortable stay. Everyone enjoyed the house, the views and the furnishings. Just a couple of things would have made it a five star stay. We found a dirty baking pan in the oven and fry pans that needed some scrubbing. There wasn't any coffee filters--didn't think to bring those. Really wished we brought ziplock storage baggies and K cups for the coffee maker. We found wet wash in the dryer when we went dry some things. I'll know what to bring next time.
House was great. Loved the little window in the hot tub enclosure so you can see the ocean. The bedrooms are downstairs and the living area upstairs so that the living area and kitchen have a nice view of the ocean. We did have to kill about thirteen what we believe to be termites in the kitchen though when we arrived. Other than that, no problems and we enjoyed our stay. There were six of us.
House was in good condition but could use a lot of updating. Kitchen is well equipped. Hot tub was nice but the enclosure is a bit small and awkward to use. There are 2 bathrooms. One is attached to one of the bedrooms. The other is in between the lower floor where the bedrooms are and the upstairs level with the family room/kitchen.
House is an easy 20 minute walk to beach. The dog loved it and almost all people we saw with dogs were following the leash rule
