***PLEASE NOTE: We only accept rental requests up to 2 months in advance unless you're renting for a week or more. Please do not contact me if you're interested in a weekend rental more than 2 months in advance***

Enjoy our spacious, light-filled home on 5+ acres - the perfect Hudson Valley retreat for a relaxing weekend with friends.

Encircled by trees and a huge wraparound deck, our home features a large open kitchen, hot tub, grill, hammock and fire pit.

The Space

With 3 large bedrooms -- each boasting its own bathroom, full height loft, and balcony — you’ll have plenty of space to unwind. There’s even an outdoor hot tub and a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom! For groups of 7-8 we suggest bringing an air mattress or sleeping bag for a comfortable night in one of the lofts.

After an evening of grilling and relaxing by the fire pit or soaking in the hot tub, you can curl up and stream your favorite TV shows and movies from your phone using our Chromecast.

The Neighborhood

There's so many things to love about the area. You'll be just 8 minutes to the Hudson River and the hip Newburgh Waterfront, 12 minutes to Beacon, and 20 to New Paltz. There are dozens of great restaurants, bars, and attractions nearby.

Did we mention that the Marlborough Farm Trail and amazing local ice cream stand, Mary Jane's Dairy Bar are both just down the street?

Getting around

We're located 15 minutes from the Beacon Train Station on the Metro North (about an 80 min. train ride from NYC). However, we strongly recommend bringing a car for grocery runs, etc. Taxis in the Hudson Valley aren't as fast or reliable as taxis in NYC.

5 Camelot is an amazing property

  • 5 of 5

The house is gorgeous and a great layout. Kids will love sleeping in the lofts and there are decks around the entire house from which to see the Hudson valley. Some really nice wineries in the area. Check out Benmarl and Whitecliff. Kiran was a great host available by text if needed (although it wasn't, everything was perfect).

Exceptional Acommodations!!!

  • 5 of 5

This home suited our needs perfectly!! We rented Kiran's home to attend West Point's graduation and the activities leading up to it. My only regret is that with the busy grad week schedule, we had little time left to enjoy all that the home had to offer!

The three bedrooms in Kiran's nicely appointed home were spacious and comfortable. The lofts provided perfect sleeping space for the children in our group. The listing suggested bringing air mattress, but mattresses were already in place in two of the lofts!

We were delighted by the wildlife that greeted us each morning. We saw deer, fox, various birds, an adorable raccoon and a coyote! The many windows in the home allowed us to have a front row seat to view our beautiful visitors! The windows also provided lots of natural sunlight!

Our family loved the hot tub! They commented that it was a high quality, well maintained tub with very nice jets.

I give this home my highest recommendation to West Point visitors! It's the perfect property when visiting for football games, reunions, R-Day, A-Day, Plebe-Parent Weekend, and of course, graduation. It's a 20 mile drive from the home to the Stony Lonesome gate. And it would be a perfect respite for your cadet while you're visiting with them! I sure wish I'd known about this home 4 years ago!!

Thank you, Kiran!!

Wonderful place for spread out family to gather for family wedding in Beacon. Fire pit was gathering place in evenings for many shared memories...and hammock was favorite for youngest grandchild.

Great Weekend Escape

  • 4 of 5

Rented this house with my girlfriends from college for our annual trip away. It perfectly fit our needs. Upon arrival you see the beautiful wrap around porch. We had dinner on the porch one night, and breakfast. The fire pit and hot tub also looked amazing but we were unable to take advantage as it rained the night we had planned on using. The inside of house is very nice as well. Well stocked (spices and cooking supplies) kitchen. Nice living room, no cable tv but they have a chrome cast you can hook up to your phone to stream. There was also a dining room and sitting room that had board games (we played cards against humanity one night). Upstairs had the three nice bed rooms. No ac which was fine with the windows open and fans provided. We went into Beacon one day and went apple picking in the area another day. Was a convenient locations (did get a little lost on the way there). We had one issue where we couldn't find cutting knives for cooking, we texted Kiran who responded immediately and were able to find them. I would definitely book here again.

Lovely, Secluded Getaway

  • 5 of 5

My husband and our toddler son all enjoyed our stay in this home. We wish we could have stayed longer! The open floor plan on the first floor was perfect for our son, and the bedrooms were quite spacious. I was nervous for 20 seconds when I realized I had booked an August trip and the home didn't have air conditioning - but was pleasantly surprised when we really didn't need it. Opening windows and fans at night was perfect - I even woke up chilly one morning! The hot tub was great, brand new and right under the stars.

In the past we've stayed a bit more north of this area, but this was a good location, centrally located. It was a short drive to Storm King and an even shorter drive to some wineries in the area. We recommend the Farmer's Market on the corner as well as Haven Coffee House across the street.

Great place to spend a weekend with friends

  • 5 of 5

We rented this house for a West Point class weekend during February, and had a great time. The living rooms and dining room, as well as the kitchen, are spacious and provide plenty of room to relax comfortable. The large windows on the first floor and in the bedrooms provide lots of natural light and great views of the surrounding woods. It was great to have a private setting to relax with friends, while also being a few minutes away from the Newburgh waterfront and its restaurants. The house was very clean and the owner was friendly, providing good customer service and a great stay overall. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay near West Point or in the Newburgh area. It would be a great place for cadets and their families to share a weekend together.
