The pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico and wonderful white sand beach are right outside the back door...you can't get any closer! Enjoy a cool drink on your private beach as you watch the kids build sandcastles and boogie board in the surf. No need to haul your beach stuff back and forth to your rental; you're already on the beach! Have a leisurely lunch in the bug-free, fully screened beach side lanai while you listen to the surf's serenade.
Later on, take a stroll south down the beach to the Sand Bar Restaurant and enjoy a beverage of your choice and listen to the musician play "Cheeseburger in Paradise." Maybe stay for lunch or dinner and have your own cheeseburger in paradise!
If you'd like to explore, you can take a day trip to Egmont Key National Park and explore the miles of deserted beaches and brick paths built decades earlier. Or stay here on Anna Maria and discover the interesting history of this barrier Island, as well as its wonderful wildlife. You'll find manatees, box turtles, dolphins, and seabirds, as well as our local bright green parrots, who love to let you know they're around by happily squawking their greetings. It's easy to take the free trolley all over the Island and see how special this place really is!
Mango Beach is tucked away at the north end of the Island, close to all the things the matter. Walk to the Rod & Reel Pier for a world-famous grouper sandwich. Take time to rent a pole and catch a big one!
At the end of the day, your home is in the perfect place to participate in the daily ritual of watching the sun set slowly over the pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You're in paradise!
