Great but old

Great location for us because we didn't have a car...next to the beach, restaurants , markets and had a pool (little dirty) but over all nice stay... cable was broke and felt like it was too much of my responsibility for it to get fixed! (Owner didn't make much of an effort for him to be present when the cable company wanted to stop by) Great for two couples or family of 4! Nice but old complex and was under construction

Nice location, building is not so nice

This condo is conveniently located few minutes off the beach and many places to eat are available within a walking distance. Appartment itself is very decent for the price and sufficiently equipped. My main complaint is about elevator which was sadly out of order. There is anotner elevator, but you need to walk 150 yards to get to it and tnen 150 yards in opposite direction. While this is not an owner's fault that elevator was broken, this fact was not mentioned in the description. It is a major problem for people with disabilities and, if warned, I would most certainly look for another accomodation.

Great place to stay in Sunny Isles

We stayed in this apartment for a month in June/July 2016. The owner, Charles, is very attentive and helpful and provided us with everything we needed. The apartment was clean and organized, with modern furniture. We would definitely stay again and recommend this apartment to people who want to stay and be able to cook for themselves. There is a large marked parking space and Charles even left a beach cart with everything you need for a day on the beach. The washing machine /dryer is a communal one but right next to the apartment and we were left credit to use it. There is only one bathroom in the apartment, but that was no problem either. We look forward to coming back and staying again, hopefully next year.

El departamento es sumamente recomendable y muy bien ubicado! Tan solo tendrá que cruzar la av collins para estar en la playa. Tiene a pocos metros supermercados, farmacias, tiendas de ropas, cadenas de hamburguesas, etc!

Esta bien equipado. Solamente faltaría algunas bandejas para el horno y una plancha, después tiene todo lo necesario para su estancia.

El condominio esta un poco venido a menos, pero el dpto esta a nuevo y sinceramente esto no molestara.

Charly es super amable y responde rápidamente a los requerimientos.

Si va a visitar Miami, recomiendo altamente esta propiedad.

Excellente location!

Location très pratique, tout est proche; épicerie, pharmacie, parc pour les enfants.. L'endroit est rénové, propre, pratique et nous avions tout ce qui était nécessaire pour préparer des repas. La plage est a quelques minutes de marche. L'édifice est très tranquille. Le stationnement est gratuit. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance d'utiliser la piscine. Nous avons été satisfait de cette location. Le propriétaire fut très attentif à nos besoins. Un plus, fut d'avoir le charriot pour la plage, avec les chaises et quelques jouets pour enfants. L'Internet et le WIFI fonctionne très bien. Merci M. Charles
