We live on Cape Cod and will never leave, We own another home in Western Mass near the berkshires that we go to enjoy as well.

This apartment is so nice!! its charming, relaxing, and we love to host people. We can give you all the inside Cape knowledge like how to get around traffic issues and we know everything there is to know. We can steer you to the best beaches, the best restaurants and all the 'inside local stuff' like where to have a fire on the beach!!!!!!
The unique benefit is that your host Tom and I , love people and we want your stay to be fantastic, a place where you will have memories that will last a lifetime
We had a great trip! Property was as pictured and described. It was in the basement so, it was a little noisy at times with the air conditioner, hot water heater, and plumbing kicking in but, not loud enough that it prevented sleep or ruin our time. Great location with easy access to all major highways and road ways. Our first night there we went to Cooke's Seafood right around the corner and it was amazing. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby and very close to Mashpee commons. Perfect for 2 people, would recommend. Thanks so much!
Debby and Tom were such great hosts! Although they were not on the Cape during our stay, Debby initiated great communication by calling up prior to arrival and while we were there, just to make sure we got in OK! Debby was full of great food and activity recommendations and let us know she was available incase we ever needed anything! The apartment was just the right size for my boyfriend and I and it was incredibly convenient getting to other places on the island. They have a pond near by which is definitely worth the walk and a beach that is not too far where you can catch the most breath taking sunsets. If I ever find myself on the Cape again, I will definitely be revisiting Debby and Tom in a heart beat! Thank you so much for your hospitality!! Our only regrets are that we didn't stay longer and that we didn't get to meet!
My husband + I stayed in Debby's basement apartment for 2 weeks this April. It was a wonderful stay. We are originally from the Cape and were home visiting family and friends. This apartment is located far enough from the highway that it is quiet, yet close enough to access when you need to. Located on Santuit Pond, the neighborhood was tranquil. There was conservation land just minutes away, perfect for walking and exploring. The close proximity to Mashpee Commons was very helpful and fun! We loved shopping at the Organic Market and meeting people for lunch at the numerous restaurants.
The apartment was perfect for the two of us. The size was ideal and Debby was always available if we needed anything. The only thing I would share is that since it is a basement apartment, you can hear some foot traffic and the pitter patter of their little adorable dogs upstairs. It was not obnoxious but if you are not used to the sounds of having an upstairs neighbor, just be prepared for that. The kitchen was well equipped + the rental was clean.
We were quite pleased with the accommodations. A very nice and clean place for two people or more to stay. The patio was lovely. The kitchen was nice. A little dark as apt is in lower level. Nice bathroom. The hosts provided lawn chair for the beach and an umbrella which was appreciated. The hosts told us about a nearby pond that was very scenic and to which we walked. The pull out couch in the living room made an excellent second sleeping place and lounging place. Hosts were friending and willing to provide provision that were missing. Good location to all of the Cape. Nice change from the anonomity of hotel rooms.
Omg! I am glad that I choose this cute apartment because we love the place and all the experiences that we had! Deb is lovely and very welcoming to us. She is always there to help you out and give you advices that what you might want to do during your stay! I love her ❤️ to be honest, you should try this place if you really want to have quality time with your love one and explore the Cape!
I am Garantee that YOU WILL LOVE IT 💞
Our first time ever not staying in a hotel and my husband and I were very impressed. Very clean and organized! The apartment includes all you would need to live at the Cape - beach towels, chairs, beach umbrellas and many other thoughtful items. Nicely decorated. My husband and I loved it. Close to Woods Hole, the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, Old Silver Beach (for sunsets). We spent the entire day out and about and came 'home' to shower, change clothes, or sleep. Recommend it.
