Comfortable, homely and convenient

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting NYC. Very close to train for easy travel to manhattan. House is lovely and very well stocked. Lots of room for 6 of us. Bedding was super comfortable. Would recommend for anyone visiting NYC.

Well situated, in need of remodel

Okay spot for a large family on a budget. Near PATH station. A/C was great. House is humid and musty, ready for a full remodel. Backyard, laundry, second floor bathroom and terrace need some TLC. Decent place to sleep/cook occasionally and close proximity to PATH. Well-equipped kitchen. Excellent Indian restaurants nearby.

Great Place close to Transportation

We stayed here with our two grandchildren (19 & 18) to visit New York City. The PATH is only two blocks from the house. We came home late one night (12:30 a.m.) and felt safe walking to the house. The house was great for our situation. Everything was clean, well equipped and decorated nicely. The beds were comfortable and enjoyed the washer and dryer to do a load of clothes. Maria was very helpful and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Character, convenience and cost all just right

Maria and Jesus went the extra mile to assure our needs were met. The property is ideal for a family or larger group, and everything you need is in place. Location-wise, the walk to the PATH station is literally 5 minutes, and the WTC station in Manhattan is an 11 minute train ride, while Herald Square is a 20 minute ride. The Grove Street area in Jersey City is also very close, with terrific food options if you don't feel like going into the city. Would stay there again for sure!
