This grand 4 master bedroom custom villa has over 3500 s/f of living space, and can easily accommodate 2-3 families or 4 couples with its 4 master bedrooms, each with ensuite, and large den/TV room with pullout bed. Five full bathrooms and one powder room - six bathrooms!!.

After a swim or snorkel at the sandy beach right in front of the villa, a day of golf, or kayaking along the gentle shoreline, take a warm outdoor shower and relax in the private hot tub. Enjoy the sunrises or sunsets over the layered mystical mountains, while sipping your margarita from the large rooftop terrace or third floor viewing deck, accessed by a curved stone staircase. Life couldn’t be better!
The property is located a few yards from the world class David Duval designed golf course, and walking distance to the hotel, restaurants, and retail shops along the paseo.
Loreto Bay’s old world architecture, with narrow sinuous streets connecting to courtyard after courtyard, is pedestrian friendly and safe for your family.

We were the original developers of Loreto Bay, love the area, the town and the local people. We were taken with the mystical layered mountains, the sandy beaches and abundant sea life. Loreto Bay's old world architecture is reminiscent of old Mexican and European villages, with narrow pedestrian friendly pathways. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, hotel and friends. It is a magical place to live and to visit.
We wanted to live on the sea, in a beautiful area, with temperate climate, and be part of a great community. When we discovered Loreto Bay, we knew that this was the place.
The local scenery is breathtaking, peaceful and serene. The sea is teeming with life. The bay is the birthing ground of the Blue Whales. Dolphins and whales abound, snorkeling is wonderul and sport fishing is great . Weather is perfect for hiking, the sea calm enough for kayaking along the gentle shoreline, snorkeling and swimming.
The photos of this fabulous villa are great, but you really cannot appreciate how incredible and enormous it is (inside and out) until you walk through the front door into the main courtyard! We experienced a collective "wow" when our group of 8 arrived in early January from San Diego and Seattle for a week. Norma was so nice and great to work with and her local property manager, Jenny, was extremely helpful from the minute she greeted us upon arrival. The Villa has all the comforts of many homes and is a resort in and of itself. Thoroughly enjoyed the beachfrontt location, Sea of Cortez views (especially at sunrise), and the quaint and VERY safe atmosphere of the Loreto Bay community. We shall return! Thank you Norma!
Our family spent 10 days at your villa in March 2015 and had a fabulous time! We couldn't believe our eyes when we first entered the property - it is stunning - exactly the kind of place you imagine when you think "perfect vacation". The villa is wonderful for a large group with multiple couples/families - we each had our own large suite with plenty of privacy, yet there were many communal areas for dining, watching TV, swimming, and relaxing. This home has everything you could want - comfortable beds with extra bedding, a large fully equipped kitchen with tons of plates/glasses/cutlery, and lots of beach towels for poolside lounging. We had 8 adults, 2 children (8 and 6) and an infant (14months) in our party and this was the perfect location - easy beach access, close to the general store and restaurants, and quick access in and out of Loreto Bay. Also, kudos to the property manager, we really appreciated her accessibility and helpfulness. We couldn't have asked for a better villa for our family vacation - no one wanted to leave - thank you so much!
Like my sister Cas I am waxing lyrical about your home. Our family get together was organized by my nephew Steve and his wife Elaine and they really knocked it out of the park with the choice of your fabulous home.
My instantaneous feeling as I walked through the portal was one of coming home - oh so true. The house and it's decor was spectacular - take about ambiance - your home has it in spades.
We had the most restful and precious family gathering in an environment meant to relax the soul - you are to be complimented not only for the home, decor but the total layout and the fact that anything we needed was at hand.
This was a vacation to remember made so much easier by what you provided your guests.
I cannot recommend your property highly enough to anyone considering a vacation in Loreto.
Thank you from my heart.
My children decided to spoil me with a special holiday in Mexico. Little did they know that it would be a holiday of a lifetime, 2 weeks in your divine house in July of this year.
The accommdation your house affords is superb and so well laid out, that everyone has privacy
and space to spread out.
Extremely comfortable beds and furniture, decor pleasing on the eye and a tranquil serenity about the house which is priceless.
Would recommend your holiday home in a heart beat, as it broke my heart to leave as did my family.
Whether we swam in the pool, in the sea or at the Hotel, every day was a jewel and one that will be held very close to my heart for the rest of my life.
Napolo is a wonderful representation of Mexican hospitality and a joy to behold the pride of the workmen, hospitality staff and business owners in this area.
As far as a family holiday goes ..... it is first class as there is so much on offer to do.
Thank you for making your beautiful home available for others to enjoy your incredible slice of heaven.
The only rating this home can possibly get is"Excellent." We have stayed there twice now and cannot get over the beauty of its location and quality of its construction. It's even more lovely in person than the photos if you can imagine that. There's nothing like waking up and looking out your door overlooking the beach and seeing a picture perfect sunrise every morning. The only complaint we have is that we had to leave! All the bedrooms are very comfortable and spacious, each with it's own luxury bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need, even a juicer which we used to juice the giant bag of oranges we got from the farmers market (every sunday). The outdoor seating areas are equipped with very high quality, comfortable seating. In fact we rarely sat inside as we were so comfy on the outdoor seating. We go to Loreto each year at spring break and have grown to love the quaint little town. If it is in your budget to stay in this home...go for it! It's a slice of heaven!
My family of 7 spent just over 2 weeks over the Christmas holidays.
The Villa is wonderfully spacious, and clean with all the bedrooms set out in different corners and levels providing privacy for us all when we wanted it. The pool, hot tub and lounging areas were fully utilized as was the outdoor kitchen/BBQ area. We enjoyed kayaking just a few meters to the beach from the pool courtyard deck. The kitchen is well equipped and we didn't lack anything in the preparation of our meals. This was important as we are a family who enjoys cooking and dining in.
We rented a car and were glad we did as the facilities for dining and groceries in the Loreto Bay development are minimal at this time. A great coffee shop, small mexican bar and dining as well as a friendly wine bar. A very small but limited grocery store provides some package/prepared foods and drink but no fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel resort does provide a couple of restaurant but the food was average and the hrs of operation were quite limited during our stay.
We did all our grocery shopping in town (15 min. away) and were quite pleased with the variety of food and drink we found.
We also enjoyed local mexican cuisine at some of the small local restaurants.
I would have rated our experience as excellent however, we did have a few issues with the TV satellite/cable, the pool and hot tub heating, and the fridge which shutdown after a couple of days. This being said the property manager was fairly quick to deal with the pool heating issue and the heating was only down for a few days. The fridge was replaced within 24 hrs. and even though the satellite was shutdown 4 days before we left we were not spending too much time in front of the TV so this was a minor inconvenience.
We enjoyed visiting the town of Loreto, visiting some of their historic sites and the market.
Wherever we went we found everyone to be friendly and helpful.
We will keep this Villa on our list if we decide to return to the Loreto area.
The property is located within a lovely 'Old Mexican style designed Village' with great restaurants, superb coffee shop, wine bar and food store within yards of the home.
