In a peaceful residential area but still walking distance to most major sights including Old town etc...Prague monuments and the river itself with its vintage ferries. Spacious and comfortable, 3.6 meter tall ceilings, recently renovated maintaining all original features such as parquetry flooring throughout, massive chandelier-lit grand entry foyer. Decorated with art deco antiques. 2 large bedrooms, spacious living room with 2 fold out sofas. Brand new fully equipped independent kitchen, new bathroom with tub and overtub rain shower, separate toilet. Fold out dining table accommodating up to 6 diners. Large luggage/utility room.
My family and I loved this apartment. My husband and I brought our mothers and two children. The location was perfect for us. It it in a nice neighborhood on the water with a stunning view. Train and trolleys were a quick walk away making transportation very convenient. The apartment was very clean, has comfortable beds with lots of extra bedding if needed, spacious with hard wood floors, high ceilings and beautiful finishes. Even though there is only one bathroom it is split into two rooms, so one person can use the restroom while another showers. We stayed over The New Years Eve weekend and had a perfect view of the fireworks from the balcony. We were able to enjoy the festivities without being in the chaos of the crowd. We will definitely return to this property and highly recommend it. Gino was very helpful and easy to work with.
We would also recommend dinner at the traditional Czeck dinner and Fred and Gingers. Transportation is provided for the Czeck dinner and Fred and Gingers in a quick walk over the bridge.

The property was exactly as detailed on their website, the information recieved from the owner prior to travel and during was exeptional. The property was very clean and had excellent provisions. The property is in a great location for accessing all the local sights and attractions, across the river from the tube and trams making it easy to get around. We were a party of 4 adults and we would all highly recommend this property and we will definetely be returning.
Lovely apartment in a upgraded, grand old building overlooking the Vltava River. My husband and I spent a glorious week in this spacious, very clean apartment while visiting Prague. The bedrooms were comfortable and very quiet even though there was a busy street out front. The kitchen was well equipped for the small amount of cooking we did and the nespresso coffee maker was well used every morning. We had a lovely view of the fireworks over the river one evening sitting on the porch. Metro is a short 10 minute walk away and tram stops are even closer as are grocery stores. We spent many evenings walking along the river and throughout the neighborhood and felt at ease. Communication with Gino, our host, was easy and prompt and he was very gracious in providing information that we needed for our arrival. We couldn't have asked for a more charming place to spend our fabulous week in an incredibly beautiful city.
Great location, easy walk to transit system. Apartment fully furnished and well kept. Prague is wonderful. We would stay in this property again.
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was good for getting to the Charles Bridge area; we walked everywhere once settled in with no problems. Loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the river.. And close to shopping to allow us to eat meals in the apartment. Plenty of room for the six of us to spread out. The apartment was really nice and well cleaned. In addition Gino's assistant came by to help us two times with the internet (messing with the internet was our fault). The apartment is on a very peaceful spot just by the river. Therefore we got to sleep in a quiet neighbourhood. (However, the city center is just a little walk away.) After all everything went just perfectly. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to see and experience a beautiful city. Thank you.

One of the best views in Prague, directly on the riverfront. 15 min walk from King Charles Bridge .Located on the border of Mala Strana (Lesser town) and historic Smichov. In a residential area surrounded by stunning art nouveau buildings. Within walking distance to most major sights - Lesser town, New town, Old town etc...With shops and services within 5 min walk. Andel, a major transportation hub with metro, tram and bus lines also within 5 min walk. Nearest tram station with several lines to all areas of Prague just 300 metres/4minute walk away.
