Beautiful 4-Bed Executive home in prime location

One of our premier properties! The size, style and location combine to make it an excellent choice for traveling professionals as well as vacationers. The four bedrooms easily sleep 7 and can accommodate a few more with roll-away bed.

The house is equipped with high-speed (105+ mbps), wireless internet and hi-def cable TV. It is located literally across the street from Google's 'Quad' campus. It is also just around the corner from Symantec, and less than 2 miles to downtown Mountain View.

4 bedroom/2.5 bath newer executive home in a prime Mountain View location--Whisman & Middlefield -- just minutes to so many huge corporations. Nice shady backyard with small garden.

This large home is right across the street from the Google Quad campus - with dining facilities, gym, and shuttle to other Google sites. Around the corner from Symantec, Zynga, NASA, Hacker Dojo and others. A couple miles from CalTrain, VTA and downtown Mountain View Castro Street with it's mix of nice restaurants, cafes and clubs.

You are renting a fully equipped Executive home. Bed linens, towels, cookware, utensils, etc. are all included. Home includes laundry washer & dryer, and full sized garage. High-speed wifi, cable HDTV are also provided.

As hosts, we are very responsive to guests needs yet allowing you to enjoy your privacy. We are not on site; however, we are nearby and just a call, text, or email away. We want your experience to be a great one when staying at any of our properties, so please let us know what we can do to help you.

House Rules & Booking Policies - For complete rules and details, see Renter's Guide, which is emailed 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

* No pets. No smoking. No parties/events. Some common sense rules include but are not limited to 1) Guests are responsible for following garbage protocol and taking out their own trash 2) Garage openers, passes, pool keys etc. (if applicable) must stay at the property (fees for removal apply).

* Reservation Changes: For moves of the same duration, there is no change fee if we receive your request more than 30 days prior to arrival. Within 30 days, a $200 change fee applies. Guests are responsible for any price increase for the new nights. Cancellation fees may apply for moves more than 30 days from original arrival date. Only one change will be accepted without cancellation fees.

* Reservation may not be resold or sublet. Only the persons/group identified at the time of booking are allowed to stay at the property.

* Stays of 3 weeks or more require professional cleanings every 2 weeks. There is an additional $150 charge per cleaning.

* We expect the home to be kept up during your stay (i.e. spills wiped up, garbage and recycling taken out and put in the proper bins). Shoes should be removed when inside the home. In the event the cleaners indicate that the home has been neglected or damage is occurring from lack of care, we will require weekly cleanings at guest’s expense. If such is discovered upon checkout, additional fees will apply.

* Bookings of 30 days or more and not subject to tax fee. Please disregard the tax fee on quotes longer than 30 nights.

* Renter must be age 25 or older. No one under the age of 25 is permitted to be at the property without a 25-or-older guest also present. Renter may be required to sign a separate rental agreement with the property manager upon booking.

The place is exactly as described. There're 3 large bedrooms. The 4th one is pretty tiny. The front door is locked using a code, so no interaction with the host is needed on arrival (or any other time). We'd definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for our needs!

The place was perfectly located! However, we were expecting a 10 year old home or at least a 10 year old total remodel as the description stated. The bathrooms upstairs are at least 30 years old. The home was clean. We needed more coffee mugs, bowls and plates.

Fabulous stay at this home!

We were able to book this home very last minute after our other rental fell through a day before arrival. Robert was fantastic, extremely accommodating (fixed 2 minor things right away after we arrived), and very clear with all pre-check and check-in procedures. We (a group of 8 of us) stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Stanford. We were extremely pleased with the house, the nearness to Campus with car, and the Mountain View area. Lots of shopping close by, great restaurants as well (since most of Palo Alto was unable to accommodate our large group for meals during graduation weekend, we ate in the Mountain View are a couple of times). The house was large enough for our large group – we also loved sitting outside on the terrace. My sister and I ran every morning….great trail all the way to the Bay! That was an unexpected treat.

I highly recommend this home for your visit to the Silicon Valley. Robert and his crew is terrific, very attentive to the needs of the renters.

WELL MAINTAINED AND COMFORTABLE PROPERTY

We are a family of six with a 2-year-old boy, and we had a wonderful week stay at this property. It is in great condition and beautifully furnished. We were concered about not having the air conditioning but it turned out the property is well ventilated, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen has good quality appliances, and having the washer and dryer was definitely a plus. Virtually everything you need for your stay is there, including toiletries, dish soap, trash bags, dishes, and basic cooking tools.

The location is very convenience for us - easy access to HWY 101, a small plaza is just across the street with coffee shop and restaurants. The indoor garage and off-street parking made coming and going really easy.

Robert was incredibly accommodating of our needs (when we arrived the first night around 9:30PM and had problem with the combo key pad system, I left a msg and Robert called by in 3 mins), Robert was very friendly and quick to respond to any of our questions. He couldn't have been a better host - thank you so much! Would definitely stay again.

Great stay, fast Internet!

My group had a short working retreat in California, and we stayed at Robert's rental house, right across from the Google campus. There was plenty of room, the house was well-stocked with everything we needed, and had good parking. Castro Street was about 10 minutes away and offers up a plethora of restaurants to try. Internet speed was very important to us, and the connection did not disappoint. Robert was very responsive, and even had a blender delivered as we had a few smoothie folks. We would stay again as we had a very good experience.
