This prestigious apartment is located in a traditional Parisian residential building in the safe and bourgeois 6th arrondissement. When you step out of the apartment, you will find yourself in the heart of Paris. SAINT GERMAIN DES PRES, an area with cobbled streets and known for its famous galleries and antique shops is right on your doorstep. Why not have a coffee at the famous CAFE DES FLORES, or do a bit of shopping along Boulevard Saint Germain in the designer boutiques before visiting the fantastic MUSEE D’ORSAY.

3 minutes from the apartment, you have the world famous BON MARCHE department store and epicerie – the oldest department store in Paris. Here you can browse through some of the finest clothes, jewellery, wines, patisseries and more before stepping out and heading towards the RIVER SEINE to walk towards NOTRE DAME.

Surrounding your apartment, you also have the luxury of being able to choose from multiple restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, wine bars, brasseries and more.

This 110 sqm apartment is located on the 5th floor of a residential apartment building with a lift. It is furnished with taste in a typical Parisian style. The apartment feels incredibly spacious thanks to the large entrance and corridor throughout the apartment.

The apartment has a fully equipped modern kitchen with a 4 plate induction hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and kettle etc. There is a dining table and chairs available, so that you can eat meals in the apartment if you fancy staying in one evening. Just off the living area is the kitchen, fully equipped with a 4 plate electric cooker, oven and dishwasher, as well as a microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc. 
Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans to help you cook some of the delicious French produce available nearby. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer available for your convenience.

The living room is furnished with a large comfortable sofa. The space is bright and airy, and there is a large wooden coffee table as well as plenty of additional lighting. There is a flat screen TV that has a mix of French, English and foreign language channels.

Moving on past the living room, you have the first private bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom located off the corridor, as is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Again, furnished with bedside tables and plenty of built in storage and wardrobe space, the bedroom is extremely comfortable for your stay. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo with a heated towel rail and sink. The other bathroom located off the corridor has a large shower with a sink and the washing/drying machine. Just next to this is a separate toilet.

- Minimum Stay is 5-6 nights, with shorter stays accepted if the booking fits our calendar

- Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees apply after 7:00PM.

- Checkout is by 10:00AM.

- Smoking. All of our apartments are non-smoking.

- Pets. Unfortunately furry friends are not allowed in any of our homes.

- Parties. The apartment is not suitable for parties or events and the maximum number of guests should not exceed the maximum number of people allowed.

our apartment was very clean , very quiet , very well equipped for cooking ...with several interesting pieces of furniture and ornements.

We love this location. It is a typical parisian upper class area , very safe , near The Bon Marché for exceptional grocery for our breakfasts and occasional diners when we fancied cooking ourselves .On sunday mornings you need to have a look at the Organic Market on Boulevard Raspail ( France regional produces practically on your doorsteps )

There are great little restaurants and bistros in the street for lazy days too , take away possibilities abound in the vicinity as well

It is an easy walking distance from the Montparnasse railway station and TGV . Metro stations are not far either.

I would recommend this apartment anytime to my best friends .

Would Stay Again

The apartment was a nice surprise. Very clean, freshly painted, natural light and comfortable and spacious. There is new furniture in the living room - the place is better than what you see in the photos (I think the photos are a little old). The area around the apartment is beautiful with the big Parisian buildings you really fell that you're in Paris. I was happy the flat didn't smell like cigarettes as I am quite sensitive to smells. We received a warm welcome and felt like we were at home for a few days. The Metro, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance, no need for taxis or anything else. I would recommend and stay again. Thanks for the nice stay.

Nice Stay

We met Paul's assistant, Elizabeth, who was very helpful and answered all of our questions about the area, transports and where to shop and eat. The pictures were accurate and the apartment was very spacious for Paris. Location was great and convenient. The flat faces the interior courtyard of the building so it is very calm and quiet but you've got plenty going on at your doorstep, sepecially if you go towards the Saint Placide Metro. We couldn't figure out how to work the clothes washing machine at first and we were quickly assisted to sort it out. There's two bathrooms with showers and a toilet at the end of the hall which is convenient when traveling in 4.

The apartment is located in a perfect location, close to everywhere!!! It had plenty space for 3 adults and a baby and they even provided a baby bed for us. There was no problem in communication and everything went smoothly from booking to check in. The place was clean, adequately equipped and nice and quiet despite being in the very center of the city. We had such a lovely time living like Parisians!! ;)

Perfect Vacation Place

This apartment near the Bon Marché was the perfect place during our vacation in Paris. It has all the amenities necessary for a short stay (linens, kitchen supplies, washer dryer, 2 bathrooms, etc) and the location is perfect. Buses and metro are close by as well as nice bakeries and cafés. The building is clean and elegant and the unit is well appointed and spacious. The beds and pillows are very comfortable which is important when you are jet lagged upon arrival but also at the end of a busy day sightseeing. I would definitely come back here and recommend this unit to others.

seriously good apartment

This is an amazing and huge apartment that is so central you cannot ask for more! our short stay in paris went really well as for the price of this apartment we could only have expected some mediocre hotel, and instead we got ourselves much more space and privacy!

The apartment has lovely bedrooms with comfortable beds and is quite simple in design but nevertheless very chic.

Definitely will recommend for my friends and family!
