About the apartment:

This stunning 130sqm apartment is located on the 5th floor of a residential apartment building with a lift. The whole apartment overlooks a quiet courtyard so you are ensured a peaceful stay even while being in the heart of the city.

Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by an entry way and long spacious corridor running through the apartment. The first room you will come across is the modern kitchen, with a 4 plate induction hob, oven, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge and kettle etc. There is a dining table and chairs available, so that you can eat meals in the apartment if you fancy staying in one evening. Full sets of cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots and pans to help you cook some of the delicious French produce available nearby. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer available for your convenience.

The living room is furnished with a large comfortable sofa. The space is bright and airy, and there is a large wooden coffee table as well as plenty of additional lighting. There is a flat screen TV that has a mix of French, English and foreign language channels. The sofa can be converted into a bed to sleep a 5th guest if necessary.

Moving on past the living room, you have the first private bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space. The second bedroom located off the corridor, as is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Again, furnished with bedside tables and plenty of built in storage and wardrobe space, the bedroom is extremely comfortable for your stay. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo with a heated towel rail and sink. The other bathroom located off the corridor has a large shower with a sink and the washing/drying machine. Just next to this is a separate toilet. Complementary toilet rolls, shower gel, shampoo and hand soap are also included to start of your stay. Luxury bath towels are also provided for all guests. There is also a hair dryer for your convenience.

The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning but we will be happy to provide you with fans for your stay should warm weather be in the forecast.

A member of our Welcoming Team will meet you upon arrival, give you the keys and a tour of the apartment and its appliances, help you to connect to the wi-fi and more. You’ll find a personal guidebook in the apartment with tips and suggestions on where to eat and shop in Paris.

About the 6th Arrondissement:

If you weren’t yet convinced to book from the apartment itself, just consider the property’s location on the border of the fun and playful St Germain and the prestigious 7th arrondissement. At your doorstep you’ll find a huge array of restaurants, bistrots, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! Be sure to make a stop at Le Bon Marché and the Bon Epicerie during your stay, just 5 minutes walk from the flat!

Within walking distance of the apartment are the must-see Luxembourg Gardens, perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll. The River Seine is also within walking distance so you can go to the Louvre or Notre Dame on foot. The Latin Quarter is a stone’s throw away with sights such as La Sorbonne and the newly refurbished Pantheon. Walk over to Le Marais district for shopping and dining on Sunday while the rest of the city is at rest.

With its close proximity to the metro stations Saint Placide (Line 4) and Vaneau (Line 10), accessing other areas of the capital is extremely easy. The Eiffel Tower and Invalides is just a mere 10 minute bus ride away! Just hop on the Metro to reach the Pantheon and Latin Quarter, Champs Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe, the Marais, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more!

Excellent Location, Calm Flat

Great location right in the center of Paris (6th Arrondissement)! The apartment is on a rather calm one-way street so not too much traffic for the city. The flat faces the inside courtyard so you really don’t get all the city noise you’d expect.. The apartment is quiet with all the facilities (kitchen, hair dryer, iron, washing machine, etc). There’s two “bath”rooms and one separate toilet – this configuration worked out great for our group and made coordinating and getting ready in the morning very easy. Our welcome and introduction to the flat by Elizabeth was great – she was very sweet and quick to answer all of our text messages. The building is beautiful, from around 1900, with the original elevator.

great experience

our apartment was very clean , very quiet , very well equipped for cooking ...with several interesting pieces of furniture and ornements.

We love this location. It is a typical parisian upper class area , very safe , near The Bon Marché for exceptional grocery for our breakfasts and occasional diners when we fancied cooking ourselves .On sunday mornings you need to have a look at the Organic Market on Boulevard Raspail ( France regional produces practically on your doorsteps )

There are great little restaurants and bistros in the street for lazy days too , take away possibilities abound in the vicinity as well

It is an easy walking distance from the Montparnasse railway station and TGV . Metro stations are not far either.

I would recommend this apartment anytime to my best friends .

Would Stay Again

The apartment was a nice surprise. Very clean, freshly painted, natural light and comfortable and spacious. There is new furniture in the living room - the place is better than what you see in the photos (I think the photos are a little old). The area around the apartment is beautiful with the big Parisian buildings you really fell that you're in Paris. I was happy the flat didn't smell like cigarettes as I am quite sensitive to smells. We received a warm welcome and felt like we were at home for a few days. The Metro, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance, no need for taxis or anything else. I would recommend and stay again. Thanks for the nice stay.

Nice Stay

We met Paul's assistant, Elizabeth, who was very helpful and answered all of our questions about the area, transports and where to shop and eat. The pictures were accurate and the apartment was very spacious for Paris. Location was great and convenient. The flat faces the interior courtyard of the building so it is very calm and quiet but you've got plenty going on at your doorstep, sepecially if you go towards the Saint Placide Metro. We couldn't figure out how to work the clothes washing machine at first and we were quickly assisted to sort it out. There's two bathrooms with showers and a toilet at the end of the hall which is convenient when traveling in 4.

The apartment is located in a perfect location, close to everywhere!!! It had plenty space for 3 adults and a baby and they even provided a baby bed for us. There was no problem in communication and everything went smoothly from booking to check in. The place was clean, adequately equipped and nice and quiet despite being in the very center of the city. We had such a lovely time living like Parisians!! ;)

Perfect Vacation Place

This apartment near the Bon Marché was the perfect place during our vacation in Paris. It has all the amenities necessary for a short stay (linens, kitchen supplies, washer dryer, 2 bathrooms, etc) and the location is perfect. Buses and metro are close by as well as nice bakeries and cafés. The building is clean and elegant and the unit is well appointed and spacious. The beds and pillows are very comfortable which is important when you are jet lagged upon arrival but also at the end of a busy day sightseeing. I would definitely come back here and recommend this unit to others.
