Located just minutes from Rte 93 (exit 26), Loon Lake is NH’s best kept secret. Close to all White Mountain attractions, this spring-fed lake with great fishing, swimming and boating, is a true gem -- quiet, peaceful and serene. Wake up to beautiful, sweeping views of the lake, fresh mountain air and a steaming cup of coffee out on the deck. Enjoy long summer days outdoors, trying many of the nearby scenic hikes - or just reading a good book! Wonderful farmstand at the end of the home’s private road offers daily fresh-picked vegetables. House is in a private location but is minutes to town, grocery shopping, excellent restaurants, a University and a hospital. Whales Tales Park, Clark’s Trading Post, Weirs Beach and Squam Lake’s Natural Science Center are only 35 minutes away. Polar Caves are 5 minutes. The ideal family vacation or private retreat!

Location
Our home is only a 5 minute drive to a beautiful full-service spa at The Common Man Inn as well as the campus of Plymouth State University. During the summer, the University offers children’s theater productions, and downtown Plymouth offers year-round live theater at the Flying Monkey, community events, outdoor concerts, shopping and fine restaurants. There are nearby hiking trails, free tennis courts, parks and playgrounds, caves to explore and even multiple amusement and water parks located 30-60 minutes away. Outlet shopping is a quick 25 minutes down the road. If you long for a taste of the city, Boston is an easy 2-hour drive. Want to see the ocean? Maine’s beautiful coastline is 1.5 hours or less.
