With docks surrounding the entire property, this is the perfect location for Bay front fishing or just relaxing away from the crowds. Reserve your stay at this freshly updated two bedroom waterfront condo at the well maintained Madeira Beach Yacht Club.
Everything in this condo is setup for comfort and relaxation, and features two private outdoor patio areas. One screened in and covered off the kitchen area, and one uncovered off of the living room. Both patios come complete with a fabulous view of the Marina and Bay. Plenty of seating and space in both - like two extra living rooms!
The master bedroom has a new comfortable King size bed, and the second bedroom has a Queen size bed, along with two Twin size day beds for extra sleeping capacity. The two bathrooms are freshly renovated, and there is plenty of closet space for storage if needed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and the condo is stocked with all linens, bath and beach towels, as well as various beach chairs and toys for the kids.
Private BBQ grill, free WiFi, long distance telephone service, cable TV, and full size washer/dryer in the condo. Everything is ready for your stay, and the beautiful sand and Gulf of Madeira Beach is only a few moments walk away.
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo very much! One of the first things I realized upon arriving was that the pictures I had seen were true to what the condo actually looked like. I appreciate that there were pictures of each living space so we could make sure it worked for our family of five. The grandchildren had plenty of room with the trundle and queen. There was lots of storage, clothes hangers, and a convenient washer and dryer--very nice. We fished off the dock right in front of our door and made the easy walk to the pool daily. Pool was great--large, clean, plenty of tables and chairs, convenient to restrooms and additional amenities. The tread mill in the club room was not working, but everything else in and near the pool were in excellent shape. We were happy to be so close to John's Pass and went to dinner, plus the stores, on at least three days. There is a convenient Winn Dixie nearby and beach access within walking distance. The sunsets were beautiful as well, and we even drove to nearby Clearwater Beach one day just to see it. Pier 60 celebration at Clearwater is also great for kids. We had rain one day and noticed a small leak which we reported and the service notified us that a crew would be taking care of that repair. Everything concerning our trip arrangements was done promptly, efficiently, and with written instructions. I appreciate the clear directions for arrival and departure which I received. Madeira Beach Yacht Club is a great place to stay. I hope we can come back during the winter months, just to see what the weather is like there.
This is our 5th time staying at Madeira Beach Yacht Club and our 3rd time at this unit (315B) This condo is my favorite. The two swimming pools were great for my Granddaughter. The complex has a very nice gym that I used every morning. The condo is great with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 baths and a large screened in porch. This unit is located right on the water which made for a nice place for my morning cup of coffee. We had an AWESOME experience! I hope we are able to stay again next year, Thanks iTrip
Very nice condo, well equipped with dishes , pans towel, ect.. The one thing that doesn't work
as well as we would like is the Internet . Sometimes your device is hooked up and then later it isn't.
Nice furnishings , good lay out of condo.
Perfect location. Easy to walk to many things. The condo complex was also great to stay and have lazy day. Very friendly condo owners made us feel very welcome. The condo unit was very large and well appointed. It was clean and well kept. Close to the beach, groceries and Boxer Brown is well worth going to.
We had a few issues but they were addressed quickly. To make the stay for the next guest perfect I would like to suggest leaving the outside light on for their arrival to make it easier to enter the code on the door (also the code did not work, but that was thankfully remedied when we reached someone on the phone). Leaving instructions for the proper use of the garbage disposal and having more than one large garbage can to make it easier to separate garbage (as requested by the condo manual).
The unit was clean and well equipped, in unit laundry is nice to have. The screened in porch and patio with gas grill for your use is great! The condo facility is gated and clean, the 2 pools are also very nice. A short walk from the beach, groceries, pharmacy, and restaurants... All in all a very nice stay, I would stay here again..
