Located ten minutes from Waikiki and tucked away in a primarily residential neighborhood, you will find all the amenities you could desire without being in such a busy high population area like Waikiki.

Walk next door to the Kahala Hotel & Resort for convenient dining and shopping options or stroll along the relatively quiet and picturesque beaches steps from your unit. The Kahala Beach Apartments feature a small exercise room, a heated swimming pool, 24-hour security, guest parking and a recreation room.

Our unit has central A/C, high-speed internet and features a spacious floorplan with over 1,500 square feet of living space. One assigned parking comes with our rental unit as well. 30-day minimum rental period is required at the Kahala Beach Apartments as per the House Rules.

The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a flat screen LCD TV mounted on the wall, hallway bath is right across from this bedroom and features a tub/shower. All bedrooms were upgraded in 2004.

Excellent property, well maintained, secure, and located right on Kahala beach. There are restaurants close by and Waikiki is a short drive away. Apartment 446 is beautiful - even better than the photos, and a credit to the owner. We were so happy with the service Kimo provided that we have booked with him again for next year!

This was our first rental from Sandwich Isles Realty (what a great company name!) at Kahala Beach Apartments. Kimo found us a short term rental at short notice during the busy season. We wanted to stay at Kahala Beach Apartments to check out the complex as a possible future retirement place. The location is prime, where it just a short walk from the apartments to a lovely sandy beach. Then it's into the water, nice and calm and protected by the reef offshore, anytime we wanted and without the Waikiki crowds. Also the Kahala Beach Apartments have lovely common areas, a swimming pool, furnished lounge and exercise room. The Koi pond and entrance to the apartments set a mood of relaxation as soon as you enter. We checked out the lovely adjacent hotel, local shops in Kahala Mall, shops and services at nearby locations and at Hawaii Kai just 10 minutes down the road. As a result of this great experience and because Kimo was at all times pleasant, thoughtful, kind, responsive and understanding we asked him to see if he could find us a long term rental or purchase opportunity in the complex next year. We cannot wait to return to live there full time. Kimo's assistant, Midori (who knows that her first name is the same as that of a world-famous violinist) provided excellent support during our stay with smiles, responsiveness and good humor. We found absolutely nothing missing from our short term rental experience, the Kahala Beach Apartments, or Sandwich Isles Realty. They get 5 stars, as do Kahala Beach Apartments. John and Nancy F.

Beautiful Properity

From the moment we arrived late on March 2/16 we were met by security and was very helpful,very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay and felt very safe and secure .Beautiful beach .and pool. The property was truly amazing. Every facilities were present there. High speed Wi-Fi, HDTV programming, DVR service, Central A/C, Local telephone calling, Restaurant and natural scenes - I found everything. It's an amazing beachfront condo unit in Kahala. I had a very wonderful time with my wife there. It was very precious, no doubt. I will definitely recommend this place to stay!

Had the time of my life in Hawaii with the help of Kimo. He was great in helping me pick the best place to stay during my winter break. My wife and I ended up reserving a fully furnished two bedroom unit with amazing panoramic views of Oahu's south shore. It was a breathe of fresh air we desperately needed after a long year of work. It was the prefect stress reliever and I went back home completely rejuvenated. We had a great time and can't wait to book again for christmas. A+
