1 Bedroom Luxury Oceanfront Condo in Exclusive New Development in Baja. Furnished in a contemporary/modern style, it's elegant yet comfortable. The unit has one bedroom with a beautiful King-Sized bed and private balcony, with an attached master bath suite with jetted tub, glass-block enclosed shower, dual sinks all finished in marble, limestone and tile. Plenty of closet and storage space. Boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler - everything you will need for a fantastic vacation are available.
The main room has a gourmet kitchen with every gadget and piece of equipment you'll need. The counter is polished granite, and you can either eat at the counter in the kitchen, at the beautiful dining room table, on the couch in front of the tv, or our favorite, out on the large balcony overlooking the ocean. The main room can be used as another sleeping area either on the comfortable surround sofa, or on a deluxe aero bed. There is another bathroom in the main area (toilet / sink only).
There is also a small desk and office chair (if you can bring yourself to work and take your eyes off the sparkling ocean waves!). We have superfast WiFi in the unit, and there is also WiFi at the pool and palapa bars.
The main patio has ample seating for 5, and is the perfect place to enjoy a margarita as you watch the sun sink into the pacific. During whale migration months, watch the whales frolic in the ocean just off the coast from our balcony, or down at the pool.
The unit has premium windows and doors - with the balcony doors open, you will hear the waves crashing on the beach. With the doors closed, complete silence!
The grounds are professionally landscaped with beautiful palms, flowers and plants. There are two palapa bars for your enjoyment, and food and drinks are served. Chef Antonio is incredible and makes some of the best food we've had in Mexico - read our reviews!
The property has the largest pool in Baja - a spectacular infinity pool with tile turtles and fish inlaid into the bottom. There are two jacuzzi pools at either end of the big pool There's a great surf beach and beach club/restaurant/bar 5 minutes walk up the beach - the famous Cerritos surf break - enjoy a margarita and watch the surfers or the sunset. Several local restaurants/bars have live music on the weekend.
All guests are emailed a comprehensive guide to the area that we've put together with information on restaurants, activities, resources, directions and everything else you would need to know. We are very service oriented and want all our guests to have a memorable vacation.
Ours is one of only a few units in Sol Pacifico that are available to rent, and many of the other units are rarely used by the owners. There is a very good chance that there will be hardly anyone else here!

My wife and I live in Northern California, and love to hike, bike (mountain and road), cook (and more importantly, EAT!), travel, and spend time with friends and family. We come to our condo for both vacation, and 'working' vacations, hence the small office setup in the unit.
Larry Baker purchased this condo in 2010
We had spent several years in a place in downtown Cabo, but the non-stop party was not our thing, and when we found this area, knew this was the place. The developer of the condo has created a place that is comfortable, yet feels exclusive, and is secluded (but not remote) and tranquil. It's a small development, which we really like (as opposed to the huge condo complexes in Cabo) and everyone is super-friendly. Frequently, we'll be the only ones here because the other owners are not present, and only a few of them rent their units. There's a ton of activities if you choose - you can go snorkeling with sea lions off La Paz, or go mountain biking, fishing, beachcombing/shell collecting, surfing, boogie boarding or hiking in the Sierra de Laguna mountains/Biosphere. The weather here is much milder than in La Paz or Cabo and is beautiful year 'round. The area hasn't been 'discovered' yet, so it is unspoiled and private. The quaint village of Pescadero is about a mile up the road, with great restaurants, coffee shop (with wi-fi!), stores and bars. The artists community of Todos Santos is 10 minutes north, and La Paz, the capital of Baja is 1 hour north. All are totally safe, too.
Our condo is conveniently located about 50 minutes north of downtown Cabo San Lucas, or about 50 minutes from La Paz, which is a large city and has everything you could want.
The property has the longest pool in the Baja - an incredible infinity pool with a palapa bar at each end. There are two huge jacuzzis, hammocks strung beneath palm trees, and an area/jungle gym for children to play on. The famous Cerritos surf beach is a 5 minute walk down the beach. The condo, property and grounds are all elegant and very luxurious. Please read our reviews!
Mi Estimado Don Lorenzo y la Sra. Rachel,
Somos sus amigos;
Marcos y Karen
We just returned from a fantastic trip to Sol Pacifico near Todos Santos, Mexico. I won't go into exhaustive details here but if you are looking for something not in the heart of the action in Cabo that is in a luxury setting on the beach with an amazing pool and gym, Sol Pacifico can't be beat.
The condos are gorgeous and on par with a luxury apartment / condo in the U.S., with a gourmet kitchen (coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, trash compactor, oven), washer / dryer, good AC and beautiful bathrooms. The condo we stayed in was as nice if not nicer than most 5 star resorts we've been to, including the Ritz Carlton.
I have forgotten how nice it is to be able to make some meals. Since we usually stay at resorts I typically go out every day for coffee and all meals, which quickly adds up for a week or longer trip. I stocked up on food in Walmart before I arrived to Sol Pacifico and really enjoyed cooking myself Mexican style breakfasts each day and making my own coffee. I saved a lot of money and I really enjoyed cooking because I don't do it often.
The condo we stayed in had a front and center view of both the incredible Infinity pool and the beach. Again, among the best ocean views I have seen that topped some rooms that go for $700 a night in resorts. We also enjoyed hanging out on the back porch at times which offered a more private surrounding to enjoy the stunning ocean view (perfect for that morning coffee time).
The owner and staff are fantastic. From Valentine to the owner Tony, to all the friendly staff we had absolutely no complaints. We were given treats without asking while we lounged by the pool (wonderful fresh vegetables with chili and olive oil, tequila) and if you choose to drink some of the beers or drinks they have by the pool it is a very reasonable $1 each (again we marveled how resorts would charge $7 each). All the staff had warm smiles on their faces at all times and I have never seen a staff go to such lengths to keep everything spotless and clean all over the place.
The Infinity pool was simply amazing. It seems to span half the length of a football field in length. It is HUGE. There is a swim up bar (you'd have to server yourself since it isn't staffed) under the shade, but the rest of the pool is exposed in the sun, so be sure to wear sunscreen if you visit it. The sun will quickly burn skin that isn't used to that UV factor. The pool is not only huge but totally stunning in its beauty.
We love the place and how much it feels like home. This was our second trip back to Larry's place. He and his wife decorated and furnished the place as perfect as a vacation home could be. Cerritos is a beautiful and quiet getaway from the wildness of Cabo perfect for a me to travel for surf with my wife and two young daughters. The weather was perfect. Mild and not too hot. Over all it was an amazing and comfortable stay. Everyone at the property were super friendly and welcoming. We would for sure come back. It's a rural area filled with great places to eat farm-to-table meals and get fresh organic coffee. It's like being in the country but at the beach. Much like California's Central Coast without the cold. It was so great just to get away and be somewhere really so peaceful.
If you are looking for the nicest place to stay on Cerritos Beach, look no further.
This was my 4th trip down to Todos Santos and the condo is located in a development called Sol Pacifico. This is not a resort. These are 2nd & 3rd homes for the owners. It is by far, the nicest place to stay on Cerritos Beach.
It is about an 800 yd walk down to the surf break where the surf school, Beach Club and other services are.
Keep in mind this is not a place to take Spring Breakers! This is a laid back, very elegant development that is beach front and has everything right on the property. The palapa restaurant on the pool deck is open for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Chef Antonio does a wonderful job taking care of all the guests. He purchases most of his produce & fish from the area. We ate lobster the first night that was caught right in front of the complex.
There is a fully equipped fitness center with a beautiful tennis court. There are plenty of lounge spots around the pool. While there is construction going on for the final building, it is not bothersome and the sound of the waves crashing less than 100 yds away drowns out everything.
The town of Todos Santos is about a 10 minute drive away and the front desk can arrange a taxi if you don't rent a car. I would recommend Mario's Surf School for surf lessons and he also does airport runs with his transportation company.
The owner/developer of the property lives on-site with his family. The staff are very accommodating and they keep the property looking great.
You will not be disappointed staying on this property.
Larry's condo is very comfortable & clean. Sol Pacifico is in a beautiful location. Everything about our stay, except for one thing was perfect. The condo unit is right in back of the properties restaurant. Though the property is generally very quiet & peaceful, there are people who like to drink & party at night. Three of the six nights we were there, we experienced some noise coming from the restaurant. One night there was a private party playing amplified acoustic music from about 7:45 pm till late at night. We went down to talk to the chef & he said he'd talk to the people. The music stopped for awhile, but started up again till 12:30 or 1:00 am. So, if you don't mind loud drunk voices or private parties late at night, you'll be fine. Otherwise, I'd stay clear of this unit.
Our time at this Sol Pacifico unit was well above our expectation and was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation. The property (including the condo itself, the pool, palapa restaurant, and the grounds) was amazing. Incredible views. The location to Pescadero, Todos Santos and the Cerritos swim-able beach could not have been more perfect - for those that like to explore. The owners and the property management were very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend this slice of paradise.
This was our family's second annual trip to Baja and Larry's condo. While a bit on the pricey side, we appreciate the amenities that come with the condo including what seems basic to us here in the states .. a/c, all the running hot water you want and cold drinking water. Those things are not accessible everywhere in Baja.
Along with that is the privacy, top notch accommodations, not to be missed sunsets from poolside, and the welcomed thunder of waves crashing on the beach at night. All this left us refreshed and relaxed day after day and a desire to return.
New restaurants on our have to do list include Hierbabuena on a dirt road in Pescadero. Garden fresh everything right from their own healthy garden. The other was Carlitos on the other side of Pescadero. While we were eating, two guys brought in the fresh catch of the day - two large yellowfin tuna! BTW both of these restaurants we open air making for a wonderful dining atmosphere.
Thanks for providing an amazing setting for a wonderful getaway.
Sol Pacifico is unique in this part of Baja - there is nothing else like it. A gated community of only 56 condos in a spectacular location with miles of empty beach. The development is still being built, which means that the place is usually almost empty and you'll have the place to yourself which is unheard of in Cabo. We are a short 35 minute drive from downtown Cabo, but worlds away. If you are looking for all night partying and drinking, Cabo is a better bet. If you are looking for tranquility, relaxation and casual luxury, then Sol Pacifico is for you. We are right next to the town of Pescadero, which has several excellent restaurants and numerous local roadside stands if you are looking for some delicious local cheap eats! 10 minutes up the road is the 'Pueblo Magico' of Todos Santos, a beautiful town with many restaurants, shops and art galleries. As far as things to do - Sol Pacifico has two palapa bars & a restaurant & private chef on-site. You dine right in front of the ocean - you can't do that anywhere else nearby. Plenty to do in Todos Santos - rent a sea kayak, or a mountain bike, or just walk around town.
Swimming with Sea Lions in La Paz or snorkeling with whale sharks in the Sea of Cortez is approx. a 45 min. to 1 hour drive away. There are also off-road dune buggys to the south, and surfing/surf camps/surf lessons 5 minutes walk from the condo at the famous Cerritos surf break. Music at the Beach Club at Cerritos on Saturday and Sunday. Get a massage on the beach, go boogie boarding with the boards in our unit, or just hang out and do nothing!
