On the second floor you will find 3 bedrooms and another living room with a Smart TV and couch. The primary bedroom has a King size Bed and sliding doors that lead to a big balcony that overlooks the ocean and those amazing Pacific Ocean sunsets. The primary has its own large private fully remodeled bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed with views of the mountains and the third bedroom has a Queen bed. There is also a modern bathroom that these two bedrooms share.

Property has a private pool and a large fenced in backyard with beautiful tropical gardens. The perfect place to relax in the shade with your loved ones after a day on the beach or after a day of adventures. Connecting to the backyard is a separate guesthouse with a Queen bed and private bathroom.

Finaly there is a covered top deck on the third floor with a hammock chair where you can enjoy the views of the ocean and the sunsets.

This family friendly beach house is just a short 1min walk away from the beautiful beach of Playa Hermosa. Located 10 drive south from the vibrant town of Jaco, where you can find many restaurants and grocery stores to choose from.

You will also have access to Hermosa Palms Beach Club where you will find a large community pool with different level of depth for the whole family to enjoy.
