There are two lounge areas, dining area at the side of the fully equipped kitchen, a large laundry room with full size washer and separate dryer.
The TV lounge has reclining chairs, for all the comfort you could wish for, large patio doors lead from this lounge to the pool deck, which has patio table and chairs for alfresco dining, under a lani for shade, there are many loungers by the pool side for relaxing.
the master bedroom with King bed, has large en-suite bathroom with twin hand basins, large corner tub and separate walk in shower. A queen bedroom has a bathroom adjacent to it , this can make a second en-suite. there are 3 twin bedrooms, and the third bathroom . The magnificent position of this villa, overlooking the fairways of the golf course, with long distant views to the conservation beyond, The sun sets at the end of the day, viewed from the pool deck are the perfect setting after a long day at the Parks or that round of Golf

A little disappointing
We just concluded a one-week stay at this villa. It was clean and appeared well-kept, and we liked the location. However, there were a few things that were quite disappointing.
1) When we arrived, I was pleased to see there was a safe in the master bedroom in which to store valuables. But there were no instructions on how to set a code for it; nor was it intuitive how to do that. I called the number for the local manager/support person that was shown in the information book in the home. The fellow I spoke to said he wasn't at his computer, and would call back later with the code for the safe. I gave him my cell phone number, but never received a call back. On our second day there, I called the support number to remind the gentleman about the safe. There was no answer, so I left a voice mail asking for him to call back. He never did.
2) In that same call, I said in my voice mail that the pool heat was not activated, despite my having paid for pool heat, and I would appreciate if he could activate it. He never called back. Nor did he come by to activate the pool heat. I am positive it was not on. Even first thing in the morning, when the water in the pool had cooled overnight, the temperature of the water coming into the pool through the jet in the deep end was the same temperature as the water in the pool. We found that putting the cover on the pool during the heat of the day helped to warm the water enough so that we could use it for a while later in the afternoon. I am therefore asking for a refund of the cost of pool heat.
3) The Wifi in the villa was not reliable. Sometimes we could access the internet, and other times we could not.
