It is heated with radiant floor heat, which is quiet, clean, and warming to your soul. There is also a wood burning fireplace for staying cozy on cool nights. The master suite upstairs has a wonderful King mattress, a world class view, and a soaking tub. The master/guest bedroom downstairs has an organic latex mattress on a Spanish Oak king bed, and an outstanding view of the beach through the French doors. The cozy media room-den next to the guest bedroom on the main floor has a high quality (Pottery Barn) convertible queen sofa bed w/ memory foam topper and can be used as a fourth sleeping room. The 2nd studio has a new memory foam queen bed.
Spacious decks surround the house with plenty of space for outdoor living.There is a hot tub with a stunning ocean view. The water is purified with an ozonator.
