Very well-equipped and furnished apartment in an idyllic, sunny location.

Spacious Apartment Speiereck will comfortably cater for up to eight people and is the largest of three apartments in Haus Bellevue.  The accommodation can be found on the first floor of the apartment house with own furnished balcony offering sunny, southerly views of the mountains.

The apartment is furnished like a home and comprises of a large living area including flat screen digital TV with USB, separate and well-equipped kitchen with large traditional corner dining area, a master bedroom with double bed and bunk beds, a second bedroom with double bed and two single beds, a main bathroom with shower, wash basin and WC, a second shower room and a second WC located in the entrance area.

Further facilities include a large garden with sun loungers and chairs, garden benches, a children's play area, use of a Kettle-BBQ, guest car park, ski room, on-site ski hire  Wifi is available for free throughout the property.  The hosts also offer a washing and drying service (clothes horse provided), an iron and board available upon request.  A cot and/or high chair can be provided at no additional cost. Use of the hosts lockable garage for the storage of bicycles and motorcycles can be granted by prior arrangement.

The Owners live on the premises and are happy to help with any/all aspects of your holiday - a warm welcome is guaranteed!

Haus Bellevue can be found in the outskirts of St Michael in the heart of the Lungau holiday region of Austria.  The location ensures a peaceful stay with a feeling of being away from it all, yet the position is close enough to all the amenities that a car is not necessary. Within 10 minutes walk the town centre of St Michael offers numerous wonderful Cafes, Bakeries, Supermarkets, Restaurants and Shops.

The accommodation is also very well positioned for easy access to 4 sizeable Ski Areas, a large network of Mountain Bike Trails and Cycle Routes, numerous Hiking and Walking paths, Swimming Pools, Golf, Sight Seeing Attractions - everything you could want from a holiday.

We originally come from Newcastle, a pretty coastal city in the North East of England. We made the move to Austria and to Haus Bellevue in July 2009.

Tourist Tax is calculated at a rate of 1,50 Euro per person and night (only for those aged 15 years and over at the time of the vacation).
End Cleaning is charged at 55 Euro per stay.
End Cleaning and Tourist Tax are payable in Euro cash on-site.
All Guests staying in Haus Bellevue between June to October will receive an All-inclusive LungauCard entitling the bearer to free or discounted admission to numerous holiday attractions.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
