Your start to an exciting Disneyland adventure begins here! This spacious townhome offers all the comforts of home with an easy walk to start your Disneyland visit in a leisurely fashion. We've anticipated your every need with dozens of details to enhance your stay.
A 5 minute walk puts you at the complimentary Mickey & Friends tram in Downtown Disney just across the street. (We have two strollers on site that are welcome on the tram, so leave yours at home.) The tram is a great way to begin the day, with a scenic ride along beautifully landscaped grounds featuring murals of favorite Disney movies. This ideal location helps you avoid traffic and the hassle of parking, plus save the $18 daily parking fee. It's close enough to come home for lunch or a nap; re-entry to Disney is free. During your stay, you'll have the use of our enclosed garage plus a designated parking space.
In the evening you can watch Disneyland's spectacular fireworks show right from the property. They happen every night during the summer and holidays. During the off season, fireworks are on the weekends, and sometimes throughout the week as well. (We'll provide you a link to the schedule.) Spread a blanket on the lawn while you watch, or wait for the show from the large hot tub and view them from the pool area.
In addition to the hot tub, the property has 3 other swimming pools – a lap pool, a kiddie pool, and a recreational pool.
Recently remodeled with classic furnishings, the townhome space has been smartly used, so you can sprawl out as a smaller family, or even combine two families or a larger group. Sleep up to 10 using the "extra" beds for little ones.
The entire upper level and stairs features new berber carpet with plush memory foam padding for your comfort.
The master bedroom is tastefully outfitted with a beautiful and comfortable queen sized 4 poster bed, with an 11” memory foam mattress. The sitting bench doubles as a toddler bed, and there is a Pak-n-Play that converts to a bassinet for little ones.
The second bedroom, or 'Mickey Room', offers a twin over full bunk bed, with an optional twin pull-out trundle below. This room comfortably sleeps up to 4. These also have comfortable 8" - 11" memory foam mattresses.
Our newly remodeled master bath features high quality tile work with beautiful accents and a full size tub with glass doors. There are plenty of towels on hand, and each bathroom has a dispenser with high quality Paul Mitchell hair products, and refreshing citrus scented body wash. You'll find enough clean linens for all the beds, plus extra pillows that range from soft to firm. A washer, dryer, iron and board ensure you have enough clean clothes for your trip, and laundry supplies are included.
The top grain leather sofa in the living room has a queen sized pull-out bed to round out the sleeping accommodations if needed. The standard sleeper sofa mattress has been replaced with a memory foam mattress as well for added comfort.
Entertainment includes (2) 47” LG brand “smart” TV's, with high definition, Blu-Ray players, and access to any of your entertainment accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Complimentary Wifi makes this possible, and allows access for your personal computers, tablets, smartphones and other devices. TV's and Blu-Ray players are in the living room and master bedroom. Cable TV programing is available on both TV's.
The dining area has a comfortably sized counter height table and chairs. With a hidden leaf, this table easily expands to accommodate all 8 chairs. A high chair that converts to a booster seat will safely hold your child.
The kitchen is fully stocked to cook or bake all of your meals. Complete with a coffee maker and grinder, blender, toaster, microwave and more. A full set of dishes, flatware and glassware makes it feel like you're dining in the comfort of home. We've even included plastic for the kids or for outside. A gas grill on the private patio makes for a hassle-free option as well. If you want to eat out the options are plentiful and varied.
Under the “everything else” category, we have a supply of games and toys, and a library of Disney (including Frozen) and other family DVD's. We also have some titles that just the grown ups might enjoy. There are also a variety of books that appeal to a broad range of ages. We've even stocked toys and towels for the pool.
We know you might have more in mind than Disney for your vacation. As native Californians, we can assist you with things like directions, traffic tips, information on other attractions and of course beach information. Our 12 page Welcome Letter not only gives you directions and instructions to arrive and access the condo, but loads of information on restaurants, beaches, and other ways to spend your time in Orange County. It's chock full of information and our guests always tell us what a valuable resource this is for their stay.
For your safety, we have a keyless front door entry. Each guest gets a unique code, which is deactivated after checkout. The garage has a pin pad entry, or you can download a smartphone app in advance to use your phone as a remote control.

About Elizabeth Sebaugh
A California native, this town home has been in a family for 30 years, though many generations have lived in Orange County . When they decided to sell, we knew it would be perfect to share with vacationers wanting to enjoy Disneyland and all that Southern California has to offer.

Great location! Every person we talked to related to the property was wonderful!
It’s an older property but well taken care of. The children LOVED the Mickey bedroom!!! And it was great having some games, toys, movies. My only suggestion is to clean (or remove) the carpet. Our first night there the kids took a bath then played barefoot. When we pulled out the bottom bed and they stepped on it, they left black footprints. We we’re horrified at how dirty the carpet must be.
Convenient and Comfortable
We were very comfortable and close to the Disney parks. We enjoyed a dip in the three pools (kiddie, regular, jacuzzi). The garage parking was also very closeby. We enjoyed cooking dinner a couple nights in a row and saved money (by not eating at the parks). Thank you!
Great for a family
We are a family of five. This condo has plenty of room .. It was very clean inside and the beds are good. It was only a ten minute walk to disneyland thanks to Elizabeth for making it so easy to book and for all the information about the area.
Perfect location for a Disneyland condo rental!
Not the cheapest, but was literally a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney. Could use new carpet, but overall clean and comfy. We stay in condo rentals all over the place and by comparison to other rental experiences, this was very well stocked as far as amenities and comforts of home. Elizabeth checked in a couple of times, but we had everything we needed. Complex is high density, but we had no concerns about safety/security whatsoever. Would rent this unit again.
It was clean, good beds, and so close to Disneyland!
The accommodations were inviting and well kept. The garage door was acting up but it worked. Looks like it needs some maintenance. Can’t beat the location!

Great place to stay for a family going to Disneyland
We were amazed at how close we were to Disneyland!!! The townhouse was clean, everything you could need was there. My grandchildren loved the mickey mouse waffles. Thank-you for making it scent free for me, I didn't get a migraine like I do in hotels. The pool and playground area was excellent. Overall a great vacation!!!
Disneyland is so very close. Yes, you can walk to the front gates easily. Even better, the free tram that takes guests from the Mickey & Friends parking structure (search this on Google Maps) is also free to our guests. It is a 5-10 minute walk from the front door. There are so many things to do just a short drive away, including beaches, Knott's Berry Farm, and The Queen Mary. A little further is Universal Studios, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and Legoland. All our guests get a welcome packet with loads of area information to help you plan your stay.
