No detail was missed when this spacious 2 bedroom home was remodeled in 2014. 1200 sq. ft. provides more than enough room for you and your family. Two large bedrooms are located upstairs and down in the main living area you'll find a larger living area that opens to the back patio - making this home wonderful for entertaining and enjoying the warm Florida nights! Another patio is located off the east facing breakfast area and is a great spot for a morning coffee.

The community of Indian Springs Colony is graciously appointed with tennis courts, waterfront pool and clubhouse. Golfing, fishing, nature park, shopping and restaurants are all close by and the beach is only half of a mile away!!!! Other points of interest nearby are:

This condo is beautiful and it has all the bells and whistles one could ask for to make for a beautiful sejour in Florida. We would return again without hesitation. Kathleen was excerllent and always available for the reservation, the arrival, and the departure.

BEAUTIFUL HOME - WALK TO BEACH, RESTAURANTS ETC

This house is so comfortable, clean and well equipped, we didn't want to leave. The area is close to all amenities, you can walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Indian Rocks Beach is a small town community with it's own museum which is very quaint. It's a lovely walk across the bridge of the intracoastal to the beach at sundown to take photo's of the sunset. Driving up and down Gulf Boulevard, there is always a new restaurant or beach to visit. Our neighbours were lovely - very friendly, and the area where the house is situated is nice and quiet. From the living room window you can watch the tennis. There is a nice sitting area both back and front. Having allocated parking close to the house was great.
