This beachfront villa is in an idyllic garden setting abundant with native bird life and just a 50 metre easy walk along a bush track to the white sands of Hyams Beach.
"Pay for 2, stay for 3" special -this property offers the "pay for 2, stay for 3" special on weekends, "3 for 4" on long weekends, or "5 for 4" over Easter. The special can be applied to any day of arrival - if the applicable weekend rate is paid. The special does not apply in December and January.
Location - Waterscape is at the southern end of Hyams Village a short stroll to the Hyams Beach Cafe in one direction and the Booderee National Park in the other.
Key Features - This architect-designed split-level two bedroom property has contemporary furniture with a beach theme and a fully equipped kitchen.
Configuration - the bedrooms are located at the entry to the house. There is a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom, both bedrooms have built-ins. The bathroom has a large Roman bath with shower and a separate toilet. There is a separate laundry. The sunken living room with high raked ceilings has floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding doors that open onto the patio and garden. There are ocean views through the trees. The kitchen and dining room overlook the sunken lounge.
Outdoors - A covered patio has a barbeque and an outdoor dining setting for six. In the private courtyard there is an outdoor shower.
Heating and Cooling - Waterscape is complete with three electric heaters and ceiling fans in Bedroom One and the living area.There is also a pedestal fan in one of the bedrooms.
Linen - is not provided but it can be arranged with a linen service for which we provide the contact number. Should you choose to supply your own linen the following will be required: sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels, hand towels, bath mats, and face cloths.
Parking - There is a single car garage for guests to use. Please enter the garage from the side door and open the roller door from inside. The complex has shared visitor parking.
Pets - Waterscape is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.
Minimum stay -There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings, which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and seven night blocks during peak season. Peak season runs from mid-December to the end of the Australia Day long weekend in January.
Peak changeover day - Please note that during peak season, our properties have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable.

If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to guests, you mayuse it with no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If you bring an internet dongle with you, the best network is generally Telstra. Otherwise, use your smart phone only during your stay or find a local cafe or library that offers free wifi. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B.
